The office would also need to be designed in a way that complements the museum’s historical architecture and ambiance. Sustainable design as a solution in a reused space
The office has 5 admins, 1 secretary and 1 director. There will be freelance tourist guide that come every peak season and at maximum the office capacity will housed 10 to 15 people. The concept for the office is a simple tropical style that boost the creativity of the employee, while making sure they will be comfortable during office hours. The layout is pretty open, employee dealing with public is located near the display area outside, and it get more private where the director located at the back of the office.
As soon as you walk into the office, there will be indoor garden where you will be rejuvenated when you walk, uplift the mood and heighten creativity for everyone that work. The use of glass material also lessen the need to use artificial lighting indoor, and huge window from the museum also help bringing natural lighting inside. Every lamps in this office use LED lamps using low energy, and the wood used are a certified
