‘Greatest Hits Tour’ 2021 / 2 Six new dates added to run!

Marti Pellow will be undertaking the ‘Greatest Hits Tour’ with a run of dates in November 2021.During the first lockdown he performed online, filmed in his home studio and was enjoyed by over 12 million fans The ‘Greatest Hits Tour’ dates represent a celebration of a remarkable solo career that’s seen Marti Pellow embark on a new project pretty much every other year since he left multiplatinum selling pop sensations Wet Wet Wet in 1999. He’s done more as a solo artist, for longer, than he did with the totemic pop band who dominated the British charts in the Eighties and Nineties. The set will feature tracks taken from his ‘Stargazer’ album released this year via BMG but will not neglect any element of the remarkable journey that he has taken to reach this point: this is a sophisticated and successful artist.

Oh and don’t for get your dancing shoes and let me take care of the rest”.

NEWS WIRRAL RESIDENT RUNNING TO RAISE MONEY FOR CYSTIC FIBROSIS

Matt Strange, aged 36 from the Wirral has been running running, so missing them is not an option for me. “I’ve always been a keen for over 25 years and, as well as keeping fit, he is keen to use his own story of living with cystic fibrosis to raise awareness of the condition and support the work of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Matt said: “Having cystic fibrosis has many ups and downs, but for me those downs have transformed me into the strong and determined person I am today. They’ve shown me that I can push my body to its limits and taught me not be afraid of what life has to throw at me. As with everyone with CF, I do countless treatments on a daily basis: from physio to Nebulisers, and I have to take a cocktail of tablets. I have always been so disciplined with my treatments as I always want to get the best out of myself, especially with my runner and have competed all over the country. The marathon was the next challenge on my list, so what better way to tick that off than to run in London. I hope that my fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust will help towards more brilliant “We’re so grateful to our wonderful supporters, some of whom have cystic fibrosis themselves, for taking on this mammoth challenge. Their inspiring efforts make a massive difference in helping us support people with CF across the UK and fund vital and lifechanging research.” research; it is nice to be part of that and know that however much we fundraise it is helping to make people’s lives that little bit better.” Beverley Burnham-Jones, Head of Community and Events at the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, said:

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust won’t stop until everyone with cystic fibrosis (CF) has access to effective treatments and is living life without the limits of CF. Please consider making a donation to support this vital work today: www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk/donate
