Since March 2018, Alviks Maleri has grown and added an industrial rope access division to our repertoire of services offered. History March 2018 - April 2019 Tele2 Arena Team gathered from several existing rope access companies Tele2 Arena construction began in late 2010. Construction completed in July of 2013. Rope access crews began beam repairs beginning from the beginning of 2014. Alviks Maleri completed the last of the repair work in April of 2019. Utilizing industrial rope access crews allowed Tele2 Arena to remain open during all the repair work without hindrance of conventional access methods We are highly trained and fully certified Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) technicians. We have a wide range of skills and many years of experience and have worked in countries all over the world

LAST FINISHING DETAILS?
Are you in the ending phase of a project yet there still remain a few details that need to be addressed? Have those conventional access methods such as scaffolding or lifts been removed or taken away? We can quickly deploy our team to assist you to reach those minor or major repairs, touch-ups, installations, or removals.
WORK AT HEIGHT Work at height is our business. It is easy for us to position ourselves in the location where work needs to be done. Be it roof eaves, outside window frames, gutter repair or installation, bird netting, sealing or coating. We are able to find an access solution to without the need to bring in conventional access equipment.
INDUSTRIAL REPAIR Alviks Maleri Industrial Rope Access team makes difficult access work accessible logistically and economically.
BEHÖVS DET VERKLIGEN EN SKYLIFT?
We often ask ourselves what is the best way to safely access this site? As Rope access technicians our first rule is “if we can do it standing, we will”. We may use scaffold (byggställning) or a ladder in combination with a fall arrest system in order to safely and more efficiently access a location. Limiting the use and rental of scaffold and lift equipment can greatly reduce the cost of doing the job.
TELE 2 ARENA

REPARATIONER The inner courtyard areas of these apartments did not have any access to drive in a lift. At times there can be more complex rigging systems needed to make rope access possible. In the case of this job in Enebytorg, the rigging was very easy which allowed our team to quickly access the all the damages.
SVÅRT ATT NÅ?
The end phase of this project with Arcona at Södersjukhuset we were asked if we could help to finish some painting details on the inside of the stairwells and the inside of the elevator shaft doors. We understand critical time crunch deadlines. We are always happy to collaborate to help you meet these deadlines.

EGENDESIGNADE TAPETER I EN SÄRSKOLA RINKEBYSKOLAN
Alviks Måleri har färgsatt klassrummen och en lång korridor. Arkitekten Anne Törnvall har skapat ett koncept där barnen med hjälp av djuren kan orientera sig var de befinner sig i korridoren. Många av barnen har en kognitiv nivå som kräver bildstöd, och kontrastskillnad är extra viktig för alla synskadade. Bilderna visar arkitektens skisser. Nu målas lokalerna för fullt, med planerad inflyttning i februari 2020.
Det uppdragsansvariga arkitektkontor TM Konsult visar deras konceptskiss av korridoren. Vår arkitekt har skissat på tapeten. I visualieringen ser ni arkitekternas ursprungliga förslag.
Varsam rengöring Med en varsam hand och skonsamma metoder kan vi rengöra kulturhistoriskt värdefullt måleri. Materialen och produkterna som används är alltid anpassade efter varje ytas unika förutsättningar och behov.

Målerikonservering handlar om att bevara och restaurera befintliga målningar som skapar ett kulturhistoriskt värde i vårt samhälle och i arkitekturen.

Målerikonservering av Alviks Måleri 2019
Väggmålningarna som tillsammans mäter ca 87 kvadratmeter hade kraftiga rinningar och bortnötta detaljer orsakade av skadegörelse och slitage. Tack vare våra insatser har vi bidragit till att rädda ett kulturarv utav en av våra stora stockholmsskildrare i modern tid.

KONSOLIDERING AV SPJÄLKANDE YTSKIKT Vi kan fästa flagnande färg mot underlaget. När äldre måleriskikt flagnar, går det faktiskt ofta att åter fästa flagorna mot underlaget. Värdefullt originalmaterial behöver inte gå förlorat även om det ser ut som att det kommer falla av vilken sekund som helst!
KOMPLETTERING OCH RETUSCHERING AV BORTFALL
Behålla all patina eller sträva mot en till synes oförstörd yta? Vi vet om hur man håller den rätta balansen. När vi retuscherar estetiskt störande bortfall säkerställs motivets läsbarhet. Detta gör vi samtidigt som vi tar hänsyn till tidens tand och kulturhistoriska värden.
