Thinly slice the grapefruit and then cut in halves. Use a potato peeler to make long thin ribbons of cucumber. Thinly slice a piece of ginger. Then slide the grapefruit, cucumber and ginger onto the skewer. Carefully put the skewer into the bottle and add cold water. Store the bottle in the refrigerator or bring it on the go right away.
