GENERAL INFORMATION Printed menus are for general reference and our event staff would be happy to customize menus to meet your specific needs.

Food and beverage must be purchased and served by the hotel.

Menu pricing is subject to change.

Food and beverage prices can be confirmed no sooner than three months prior to the function.

Function Rooms & Event Conduct The hotel is not responsible for the loss of material, equipment or personal belongings. Security arrangements should be made for all items left unattended for any length of time.

The Hotel reserves the right to approve all signage, props and décor and will not allow anything to be nailed, stapled, taped or otherwise affixed to walls, doors and floor coverings. Confetti is not allowed. Liability for any cleanup or damage to the premises will be charged accordingly to the master bill.

If the function room originally reserved cannot be made available to the customer, or there are any fluctuations in attendance, the Hotel reserves the right to substitute a comparable room or one more suited to the size of the group.

The hotel reserves the right to inspect and control all events.

Guarantees All final arrangements including menu selections are required three weeks prior to the scheduled function date.

Please confirm your guaranteed number of guests no later than three business days prior to your event. The expected number will act as the final guarantee number if the guarantee number is not received.

The hotel will be prepared to serve 5% over the guaranteed number of attendees. The hotel will charge for the guaranteed number or the number served, whichever is greater.

Service Charge and Tax All food and beverage prices are subject to a 13% service charge and a 7% administration fee which is all subject to 9% NH state sales tax.

Room rental fees are subject to 20% service charge. Room rental fee and service charge are subject to 9% NH state sales tax.

Billing Policies Terms of payment will be established and stated in the contract A non-refundable deposit and credit card on ďŹ le is required for all catering functions. All charges must be paid prior to the function.

Liquor Policy The Courtyard by Marriott Nashua holds a license granted by the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission and is responsible for complying with its regulations. Neither patrons, nor any patron’s guest shall be allowed to bring alcoholic beverages into the hotel public spaces.

No person under the age of 21 will be allowed to consume or purchase alcoholic beverages.

Should you choose to have a bartender in the room a taxable $75.00 bartender fee will be charged if sales do not exceed $350.00.

Banquet bars are available for groups of 30 or more. For groups with less than 25 guests in attendance, a cocktail server is recommended.

Cocktail service (taxable) is charged at $30.00 for the ďŹ rst hour and $10.00 for each additional hour per server.

Hotel policy states that bar service is limited to 5 hours. If an extension is requested, approval must be received from the beverage or banquet manager in advance.

For the safety of our guests, the Hotel reserves the right to terminate alcoholic services.
