T HE B E ST IS Y E T TO CO M E Because of your generous support, Alpha USA has continued to provide the resources and training necessary for churches and ministries to share Alpha with their communities for free. We believe every person should have the chance to discover and develop a relationship with Jesus, and we are passionate about equipping people and organizations to share their faith. We are thrilled to report that during the first three quarters of this year, the number of churches and ministries running Alpha increased by an estimated 34 percent. More than 6,000 churches and ministries have run more than 10,000 Alphas around the country. You are an important part of serving the global Church as Alpha engages in new initiatives to increase our footprint worldwide and contextualize resources to reach more people. The Chinese Alpha Film Series was launched in July, giving more than 1.4 billion people access to Alpha in their heart language. The Alpha Film Series has also been contextualized in Konteks Indonesian, Tamil, Hindi, and Swahili. A recent project between Alpha USA and Alpha Latin America resulted in Alpha resources and training videos being filmed for the first time with Spanish speakers for Spanish speakers. Alpha Youth and BibleProject worked together to launch Life Revealed, a curriculum that is an accessible way for young people to read and understand the Bible. Network Advancement Alpha networks engage churches and ministries, train and coach Alpha leaders, and reach people with the transforming love of Jesus through the local church. This year, we launched new networks in Northern California, Southern California, and North Texas/Oklahoma, and we expanded our Great Lakes network. In 2023, we will start the Mid-South network. We made a disciplined decision to launch the Gulf Coast and Southeast networks in 2024 to focus on bolstering our operational infrastructure in 2023 to support our growing
field team. Once these final two networks are underway, Alpha will be accessible to the entire country through regional networks.

Alpha is uniquely positioned to come alongside developing and preexisting strategies to help churches maximize their outreach efforts and create a culture of hospitality and love. In order to reach more churches with the training and resources needed to run Alpha, we launched an initiative to partner at the denominational and church network level. Leaders within the Christian Missionary Alliance denomination invited the Alpha Youth team to train students who are interested in starting Alphas and sharing the message of life and hope with their friends. In addition, Alpha Youth launched a leadership cohort, Circles & Spaces, which develops youth ministers and fresh models of youth ministry for this new season of the Church. Alpha Youth released Life on Purpose, a four-week curriculum that trains students to share their faith with friends. Alpha Youth and BibleProject worked together
Training Churches Our training team continued to increase the number of training events, both in person and virtually, in order to meet the demand to equip churches and ministries to lead Alpha. We hosted opportunities for individuals to be equipped to lead Alpha, The Marriage Course, or to serve as a coach. Love Listens, events for church leaders to pray, connect, and envision how to reach their communities for Jesus, were held in cities nationwide.

The Alpha Youth Series received a refresh this year to better engage Generations Z and Alpha. The Synod 2023 consultation process initiated by Pope Francis many dioceses around the world are being challenged to refocus on the Church's basic mission of evangelization. Alpha offers us a wonderful tool for this mission. Future Church Frontiers welcomes church leaders as they explore the best practices of sharing their faith in a post-Christian culture. Searock Sessions is a cohort for pastors who desire to study innovative models of Spirit-led churches that have a compelling culture of hospitality.
