National Council Slate NATIONAL PRESIDENT

NICOLE MILLAR ALLBEE, ZT

Nicole Millar Allbee holds a Ph.D. in educational leadership and a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs leadership, both from Western Michigan University. Her undergraduate degree in psychology is from Grand Valley State University, MI. Nicole holds professional certifications in conflict resolution, behavioral intervention best practices, equitable and inclusive practices and Lean Six Sigma, among others. As an alumna, Nicole founded the Southwest Michigan Alumnae Association.

Nicole currently serves as the chief of staff at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine where she is responsible for providing strategic counsel to the dean, president and CEO, serves as the liaison to the board of directors and fosters collaboration across the institution. Previously, Nicole held student affairs roles at Western Michigan University, gaining experience in policy development, communications and fraternity and sorority administration. In addition to her professional career, Nicole has supported Alpha Sigma Alpha through service as national vice president, region facilitator, risk management project team leader, advisor and contributor to extension efforts, District Day, the Academy and LDI. Nicole brings strong expertise in strategy development, demonstrated by leading the 2024-26 national council through the strategic planning process for the upcoming biennium. She also offers a proven track record in higher education, which supports the board’s work in membership engagement and leadership development.

VICE PRESIDENT

KATHARINE WILSON BURKE, NN Katharine “Kathy” Wilson Burke graduated from Drexel University, PA, with a bachelor’s degree in business. Kathy later earned a master’s degree in business from University of Maryland. As an alumna, Kathy is an active member of the Dallas Alumnae Chapter.

Professionally, Kathy retired as the chief operating officer and vice president, finance at CureSearch for Children’s Cancer, a national nonprofit which funds pediatric cancer research where she provided day-to-day operational leadership. Prior to CureSearch she worked in a variety of roles that provided a diverse background in technical support, operations, facilities, systems and management consulting and training. In addition to her professional career, Kathy has supported Alpha Sigma Alpha through service as an AΣA Foundation trustee and treasurer and as national council vice president and treasurer.

Additionally, she has presented at the Academy, facilitated at a multiple Emma Coleman Frost Leadership Development Institutes (LDI) and participated in various task forces and committees.

Kathy brings strong expertise in critical thinking and decisiveness demonstrated through her managerial and executive career roles and serving as a board member for several different nonprofit organizations. She also offers a proven ability in strategic planning, which supports the board’s work in governance, strategy, financial oversight and leadership development.

VICE PRESIDENT

DEBORAH FIELDS DIETRICH, BN Deborah “Deb” Fields Dietrich, graduated from Murray State University, KY, with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.

Deb holds professional certifications/designations including the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation and Florida State Life and Health Insurance licenses. As an alumna, Deb has been an active member of the Tampa Bay Alumnae Chapter.

Deb currently serves as Mercedes/AMG Recall Coordinator at Crown Automotive Group, where she is responsible for the MB Connect program which monitors vehicle health to enhance client safety and engagement. Previously, Deb has held the role of representative and/or consultant at various firms within the health insurance and financial planning sectors, gaining experience in sales and leadership development.

In addition to her professional career, Deb has supported Alpha Sigma Alpha through service as an AΣA Foundation trustee, district facilitator and chapter advisor, contributing to national organizational growth and collegiate support.

Deb brings strong expertise in financial oversight, demonstrated through nearly 30 years of service as a trustee for the City of Largo General Employees’ Pension Board, overseeing a $72 million portfolio. She also offers a proven ability in governance, which supports the board’s work in leadership development and strategy.

VICE PRESIDENT

CAÉLEE GIBBS LEHMAN, EE Caélee Gibbs Lehman graduated from Emporia State University, KS with a bachelor’s degree in communication.

Caélee later earned a master’s degree in college student development from Kansas State University and is a doctoral candidate in student affairs at Kansas State University. As an alumna, Caélee has been an active member of the Nebraska-Iowa Alumnae Chapter, Topeka Alumnae Chapter and currently the Kansas City Alumnae Chapter.

Caélee currently serves as the curriculum redesign project manager at the University of Kansas School of Nursing, where she is responsible for the day-to-day project management of a complex, multi-program curriculum overhaul, maintaining alignment among people, processes and priorities through implementation. Previously, Caélee held the role of assistant director of student affairs at Research College of Nursing, gaining experience in student leadership, organizational advising and housing.

In addition to her professional career, Caélee has supported Alpha Sigma Alpha through service as a member of the board & leadership advancement committee, the NPC delegation, the nominating committee, district and region panhellenic liaison, district recruitment coaching team member, NPC area advisor, leadership roles in Nebraska-Iowa and Topeka Alumnae Chapters, the leader of the community college structure task force and contributor to the NPC measurable outcomes committee building working expertise in panhellenic policies, procedures and processes.

Caélee brings strong expertise in National Panhellenic Conference experience demonstrated through her service as an NPC area advisor, panhellenic liaison and member of the AΣA delegation. Caélee also offers a proven ability in higher education experience, which supports the board’s work in governance, member engagement and leadership development.

REBECCA NOELL, ZT Rebecca Noell graduated from Grand Valley State University, MI with a bachelor’s degree in women’s studies. Rebecca later earned a master’s degree in higher education student affairs from Eastern Michigan University and holds a graduate certification in academic advising.

She is currently pursuing a doctorate in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University, CA, where her research explores women in leadership, imposter syndrome, burnout and the power of connection. As an alumna, Rebecca has been an active member of the Southeastern Michigan Alumnae Chapter.

Rebecca currently serves as community standards education & leadership development manager in fraternity & sorority life at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where she leads strategic initiatives that cultivate leadership, accountability and belonging within the campus’s diverse fraternity and sorority community. Rebecca’s professional portfolio spans student affairs, alumni engagement and wellness education, including previous roles with the University of Michigan Alumni Association, Dean of Students Office and Eastern Michigan University. Her work emphasizes leadership education, critical incident response and holistic student development with a particular focus on women’s leadership and values-based community building.

In addition to her professional career, Rebecca has supported Alpha Sigma Alpha through service as an NPC area advisor, alumnae chapter president, support & safety program facilitator, board & leadership advancement committee member, volunteer culture & structure study team member, region 8 finance leader and region 8 social responsibility leader.

Rebecca brings strong expertise in strategic governance, demonstrated in her board service for the Junior League of Ann Arbor. She also offers a proven ability in the fraternal/higher educational experience and National Panhellenic Conference experience, which supports the board’s work in developing women in the current higher educational landscape.

VICE PRESIDENT

JULIE WILEY RAMSEY, A Julie Wiley Ramsey is a graduate of Longwood University, VA, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in education with a math specialty. She went on to complete a master’s degree in school administration – higher education from Old Dominion University, VA, and later earned an educational specialist degree from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C. As an engaged alumna, Julie has been an active member of the Tidewater, VA and Farmville, VA Alumnae Chapters.

Julie currently serves as director of fraternity & sorority life at Longwood University where she advises nine NPC chapters, seven IFC chapters and six NPHC chapters, along with three governing councils, Order of Omega and the Greek for Change organization. In this role, she provides strategic leadership, chapter support and organizational oversight for a dynamic fraternity and sorority community. Previously, Julie served as program coordinator for Monarch Teach at Old Dominion University, where she gained valuable experience in student advising and budget management.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Julie has remained deeply committed to Alpha Sigma Alpha through volunteer leadership, including prior service on national council and her current role on the Sorority Housing Corporation Board. She brings extensive experience in leadership development, member engagement, governance, strategic planning and financial stewardship.

VICE PRESIDENT

NIKKIA YOUNG, ΘB Nikkia Young graduated from Roanoke College, VA, with bachelor’s degrees in sociology and music. Nikkia holds professional certifications including FinOps Certified Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Human Centered Design Practitioner. As an alumna, Nikkia has been an active member of Richmond City Alumnae Chapter since 2014.

Nikkia currently serves as Senior FinOps Product Owner at a quazi-governmental agency, where she is responsible for leading 600+ end users in their cloud cost management of over 40 applications and services that support the American public.

In addition to her professional career, Nikkia has supported Alpha Sigma Alpha through service as a national vice president, region facilitator, social responsibility leader, district communications liaison, nominating committee member and facilitator for LDI, The Academy, District Day and the Support & Safety Program.

Nikkia brings strong expertise in process development and strategy which was demonstrated through her leadership of the development of the alumnae accountability process in her term as national vice president. She also offers extensive experience in member-based nonprofit management, which supports the board’s work in governance, strategy, financial oversight and member engagement.
