Phoenix, Arizona June 25-27, 2026 I

Welcome to Alpha Gamma Delta’s 53rd International Convention! We’re so glad to be together again. Sisters have traveled from around the world to share three days of sisterhood, tradition and celebration.

While you’re in Phoenix, we encourage you to explore the many networking and sightseeing opportunities available. Our hope is that you’ll blend the new insights you gain this week with the core values you already cherish, enriching your Alpha Gamma Delta journey.
We’re honored and excited to share this 53rd Convention with you.
Loyally,
2024–26 International Council
Alpha Gamma Delta was officially founded on May 30, 1904, at the home of Dr. Wellesley Perry Coddington, a professor at Syracuse University who was instrumental in the early development of Alpha Gamma Delta. Each of the Fraternity’s 11 Founders selflessly contributed to the establishment and growth of Alpha Gamma Delta. Since our founding, collegiate chapters have been installed at 200 colleges and universities across North America and more than 220,000 women have become Alpha Gam sisters.

Francis Scott Key
Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
Calixa Lavallee
O Canada! Our home and native land! True patriot love in all of us command. With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!
From far and wide
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

We are so excited to rejoin the Virginia Tech Panhellenic community in spring 2027.

We are seeking alumnae to serve as Pearl Sisters for the Theta Chi new member class. As one of the first connections to Alpha Gam’s far-reaching sisterhood, Pearl Sisters play a vital role in welcoming and inspiring new members. While proximity to Blacksburg is a plus, it is not required. If you’re interested, please scan the QR code for more information.
To gain understanding that wisdom may be vouchsafed to me.
To develop and prize health and vigor of body.
To cultivate acquaintance with many whom I meet.
To cherish friendships with but a chosen few and to study the perfecting of those friendships.
To welcome the opportunity of contributing to the world 's work in the community where I am placed because of the joy of service thereby bestowed and the talent of leadership multiplied.
To honor my home, my country, my religious faith.
To hold truth inviolable, sincerity essential, kindness invaluable.
To covet beauty in environment, manner, word and thought.
To possess high ideals and to attain somewhat unto them.
This shall be my Purpose that those who know me may esteem Alpha Gamma Delta for her attainments, revere her for her purposes and love her for her womanhood.

Thank you, Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation, for our 66-year partnership in advancing women’s education, leadership and philanthropy. Through the generous contributions of so many sisters and friends of Alpha Gamma Delta, the Foundation is able to assist in supporting many of our key Fraternity leadership programs. Visit the Foundation Table in the Marketplace and join them for the Inspire and Impact Luncheon.

Thank you to the Fraternity Housing Corporation for your commitment to providing safe, competitive and attractive housing for members of Alpha Gamma Delta. Visit the FHC space in the Marketplace to see the housing display and vote on your favorite FHC decor element!

Thank you to our Appreciation Rose Sponsor

Hey, sister! Check your registration packet! You will find an Appreciation Rose from Alpha Gam sister Patricia Tulley Riddiford.
Pat was initiated in 1965 at Beta Iota-Eastern Illinois University. Her collegiate service as Pledge Class President and Panhellenic Delegate launched a lifetime of Alpha Gam leadership, continuing as Fox Valley Alumnae Club President, Chicago Area Council President, Alumnae Development Committee Member and Province Director-Alumnae for our Fraternity. Her leadership culminated with 12 years of service as a trustee of the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation, where she chaired multiple committees and served as both Treasurer and President. Pat is a 34-year donor to the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation. For her outstanding service to Alpha Gamma Delta, she wears the Crescent of Epsilon Pi with Diamonds.
Professionally, Pat was an elementary school teacher before she became an integral managerial part of family-owned Riddiford Roofing, a four-generation roofing company with roots extending back to 1901. That’s before Alpha Gamma Delta was even founded!
Above all, Pat’s greatest gifts are her wit, laughter, love for family and genuine care for her sisters.
“I love my Alpha Gam sisters! I wanted to ensure every sister at Convention received an Appreciation Rose to know just how valued she is.”
Thank you for showing your care for our sisters with an Appreciation Rose, Pat! We appreciate you!

When you and your sisters give, we are LOVING, LEADING, LASTING!

Chums
Chums of mine, True blue old chums, Alpha Gam binds us, Right loyal she finds us; Pals are we, Ever we’ll be, True to each other, Dear Alpha Gam chums!
Now tho’ we say goodbye, Tarry a moment longer; Let each day fleeting by, Bind us in friendships stronger
Tho’ our paths lead over the land and sea, Alpha Gam will live in our memory.
Then ‘til we meet again, Remember Alpha Gam!
For pep and vitality and lots of fun, You can’t beat the girls that you’re among.
If you like to laugh and I’m sure you do,
Alpha Gamma Delta is the one for you!
Hey! Hey! Alpha Gam! Hey! Hey! Alpha Gam!
Hey! Hey! Yes, it’s true!
Alpha Gamma Delta is the one for you.
Fourteen Pearl s
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
Just wanna be an Alpha Gamma Delta.
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
Just wanna wear the fourteen pearls.
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
If I can’t have this, which I know is best, I don’t want no badge at all!
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
Just wanna wear the red, the buff, the green.
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
Oh yes, those are the colors for me.
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
If I can’t have this, which I know is best, I don’t want no badge at all.
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
Don’t wanna wear the sapphire or the ruby.
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
Oh no, those aren’t the jewels for me!
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
If I can’t have this, which I know is best, I don’t want no badge at all.
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
Don’t wanna be an Eta, Eta, Eta.
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
Don’t wanna be a Theta, Theta, Theta.
Ba, ba, ba, boom.
If I can’t have this, which I know is best, I don’t want no badge at all.
Our time is short, our moments fleeting, Like flowing grains of sand. But wherever you go and whatever you do, Take the love of Alpha Gam.
For it seems that the days fly so quickly away, And there’s so much left to do. But yet there is still much that we can share, We can give our love to you.
Got along without you before we met you Can’t get along without you now. We like you so, but it’s time to go Won’t you come again anyhow. It’s been so great, but it’s getting late
Still we want you to know that with us you rate.
So to our new friends, till we meet again Alpha Gam says goodbye to you.
Mmm, Alpha Gam, mmm, Alpha Gam, Mmm Alpha Gam for me.
Mmm, Alpha Gam, mmm, Alpha Gam, It’s the best sorority.
Alpha Gam, Alpha Gam, Alpha Gam says goodbye to you.
So to our new friends, till we meet again, Alpha Gam says goodbye to you.
Haydee, Kaydee, kallow wade-dee, Kallow wingo, dingo day-dee. Osh, kosh, kallow wash. Kallow wingo, dingo, dosh. Osh kitty wah-wah, sis, boom, bah. Alpha Gamma Delta Rah, rah, rah!
To those whose hearts are e’re with us, though miles may lie between, We lift the rose of friendship up, The red, the buff, the green. We lift the rose, we pledge the heart, and clasp the unseen hands,
Of sisters dear whose true love here
Joins band to sister bands.
In my dreams I hold anew Each college friendship tie; Old campus chums pass in review, As dream wings flit them by. From out the ranks a chosen few, Still linger close to me; And staunch and true As years pass through, Is my Fraternity.
How we love those Alpha Gams
So deep, deep So down, down So deep, deep
So down, down in my heart. Woo!
Which way to sisterhood? Which way to something good? Which way to loyalty? Which way to go-o-o-o?
I am an Alpha Gam, I’m in the know. The Alpha Gamma way’s the only way to go-oo-o!
I am an Alpha Gam. Can’t you see how proud I am?
I am an Alpha Gam, I’m in the know-ow-ow-ow. All of my sisters here, want you to know, The Alpha Gamma way’s the only way to go-oo-o.
