Last issue introduced Restorative Disciple. Restorative Discipline is an approach to conflict resolution in discipline matters with the focus on repairing harm and restoring relationships. A big paradigm shift happens from punishment to repair and restoration.

The following four elements must be prevalent in a high-functioning learning classroom: Structured conversations, Accountability, Empathy, Classroom climate, and Classroom culture. Here are 7 mindsets to build the foundation of the classroom for the 5 R’s to take place.
