ABOUT THE FIRM Alphachain Capital is a leading proprietary trading firm founded with a vision of combining strategy, innovation and technology to succeed in today’s global markets. Alphachain Academy focuses on the development of our new traders.

Alphachain Capital trades a variety of investment strategies across all major asset classes including Cryptocurrencies, Forex, Commodities and Equity Indices. Our CEO Adam Haeems has started his career as a trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and is now heavily involved in the cryptocurrency market. Some of his strategies are deployed directly on-chain for performance transparency (Tokensets) while also trading on exchanges across futures and options. Strategies deployed are focused on trendfollowing and market-making strategies, while our traders trade a wide variety of strategies. Our Funded Traders trade across various global markets including Equity Indices, Forex, Commodities and Cryptocurrencies.

In 2020 we funded over 500 traders across 60 countries, issuing $4.7m in funded trading accounts to our traders. We have an open and collaborative culture among our global trading team and encourage the flow of knowledge and ideas across all areas of the firm.

New traders on our funded programmes receive direct support from our CEO, Head of Trading Academy, Trading Psychologist and our trading mentors to ensure they are developing at the rate required to become confident funded traders. Our programmes suit those who are able to work both independently and with others to develop ideas and market analysis, integrating them into our company ethos, trading strategies and systems.

We also fund talented traders outside of our core training programmes on our Alpha Funded Trader accounts.

MEET OUR SENIOR TEAM

Adam Haeems | Chief Executive Officer Adam has a Master of Finance (MFin) from Cambridge University (Judge Business School) and is an experienced institutional futures trader.

Adam has traded fixed income futures for Bank of America Merrill Lynch before becoming a cross-asset futures trader for a $1bn global macro hedge fund (Quality Capital Management). Adam is an experienced cryptocurrency trader having recently managed a $20m cryptocurrency portfolio for BABB Group ltd.

Gavin Pannu | Head of Trading Academy Gavin is an experienced prop trader at Alphachain. He is responsible for the development and management of junior to experienced funded traders. Gavin brings a broad experience from prop trading firms, trader education companies and brokerages.

Prior to joining Alphachain, Gavin held positions as a Senior Market Analyst at London Academy of Trading and Analyst for MTrading Brokerage. He holds a BSc in Financial Management from the University of Wolverhampton, Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) by IFTA and an MSTA diploma from the Society of Technical Analysts.

Ron William | Trading Psychologist Ron William, CFTe, NLP, is a market strategist, educator/mentor and performance coach; with +20 years of experience, working for leading economic research & institutional firms; producing macro research & trading strategies. He specializes in blended, top-down, semi-discretionary analysis, driven by cycles and proprietary timing models.

Candidates accepted onto the Alpha Funded Trader account receive a guaranteed $15,000 funded account to trade live funds and begin a career as a prop trader with Alphachain Capital.

We offer complete transparency with targets, capital allocation and incentives. Once you hit the first 10% target your capital is doubled, each time, up to $1m.

All of our traders are independent contractors and have freedom in how they work and where they work as this is a remote position. We offer a competive 50% profit split with a maximum 10% drawdown.

You will receive access to weekly webinars to help improve your trading over time, delivered from our CEO, Head of Trading Academy, Performance Psychologist and Mentors.

ASSETS TRADED Traders are able to trade a diverse choice of assets. The asset classes that can be traded fall under the categories of: FX Commodities Equity Indices We offer 30 tradable assets with institutional spreads and commissions.

TRADING TECHNOLOGY All traders receive access to our bespoke Metatrader 4 (MT4) trading technology. We provide market-leading institutional leverage of 1:100. Our traders don't trade through brokers, we go direct to major liquidity providers to ensure optimal trading fees and conditions for our traders.

All of our traders accounts can be linked with www.myfxbook.com so you can visualise your trading performance in real-time.

An example of such a release includes the Bank of England (BoE) rate decision and speech, US NonFarm Payrolls (NFPs), Federal Reserve rate decision etc.

A breach of any of the trading rules will result in account closure.

FEES While we provide funding for new traders there are several on-going trading expenses which must be covered by traders. These include price data feeds, trading platform, platform 24/6 maintenance, community management, administration and regular webinar content.

For the above there is a one-time setup fee of £795 One-time Set Up Fee (inc VAT) All places are offered subject to acceptance onto the programme following an application.
