The blended Junior Trader programme is an immersive and structured four-week programme which gives a unique opportunity for individuals to develop in-depth knowledge and experience in a proprietary trading firm, before going on to become professional prop traders of the firm. The initial two weeks are delivered on our trading floor with your own allocated trading terminal, among other senior traders, while the last two weeks are taken remotely at home. The course content provides a strong educational base for new traders while gaining practical experience trading on an active trading floor under the supervision of senior traders. Students who are offered a position on the Junior Trader programme will be offered guaranteed starting capital of $10,000 to trade as a remote Junior Trader with a profit share package. On-going mentoring is provided after the course to ensure that you are constantly developing as a prop trader while managing our capital.
