The Junior Trader programme is an immersive and structured four-week programme which gives a unique opportunity for individuals to develop in-depth knowledge and experience in a proprietary trading firm, while being allocated a guaranteed $10k trading account. Its content provides a strong educational base for new traders while gaining practical experience trading on an active trading floor under the supervision of senior traders. Those who are offered a space on our Junior Trader Programme will be given a guaranteed $10k Trading account to trade in Alphachain Capital offices (or remote) as a Junior Trader with a profit share package. This gives an opportunity for promising and motivated students to begin a successful career as a prop trader with Alphachain Capital.
