Cryptocurrency Trader Programme Programme Overview The Cryptocurrency Trader programme is a one-of-a-kind immersive and structured fourweek programme developed by our CEO Adam Haeems, providing a unique opportunity for individuals to develop in-depth knowledge and experience in a cryptocurrency proprietary trading firm. Its content provides access to in-house proprietary strategies and indicators to students who are offered a position on the development programme.

All those accepted onto the programme will be offered guaranteed starting capital to trade in Alphachain Capital offices as a Junior Trader with a profit share package. This gives an opportunity for ambitious and motivated students who are keen to learn about the new world cryptocurrency financial markets to begin a successful career as a prop trader with Alphachain Capital.

New hires work closely with senior traders to learn how to make exceptional trading decisions, often in a fast-paced environment. Traders explore new opportunities, analyse their risks and rewards and collaborate with each other to form trading strategies. We focus on mentorship of new hires, enabling them to rapidly progress and gain trading responsibilities. We’re looking for fast learners and driven individuals to join our team as Junior Traders.

Markets Traded Traders on the Cryptocurrency Trader programme gain exposure to large-cap cryptocurrencies, trading on major exchanges such as Binance. Under the guidance of your mentor you will begin to analyse various charts using our partner TradingView looking to identify patterns and trading opportunities with the goal of placing profitable trades which are aligned with the parameters set out in your bespoke trade plan. Capital increases will be offered based on performance.

Junior Trader Role - Summary •

As a Junior Trader at Alphachain Capital you will be allocated a guaranteed starting capital to trade on our trading remotely from anywhere.

As independent contractors our traders take home 50% of their trading profits each month. This is not an employed or salaried role.

•

Junior Traders undergo weekly reviews with a Senior Trader to assess their performance and help refine their trading. Initial 15% profit target with 10% drawdown.

•

All Junior Traders will trade with 3-1 leverage

•

The role is flexible with no set working hours required. What’s important is that our traders reach their weekly and monthly targets. We understand that some individuals perform better at certain times of the day or prefer to trade certain time-zones. We aim to foster a collaborative and empowering culture to ensure our traders are always performing at their best.

Meet some of our Traders and Mentors Adam Haeems | Chief Executive Officer Adam has a Master of Finance (MFin) from Cambridge University (Judge Business School) and is an experienced institutional futures trader. Adam has traded fixed income futures for Bank of America Merrill Lynch before becoming a cross-asset futures trader for a $1bn global macro hedge fund (Quality Capital Management). Adam is an experienced cryptocurrency trader having recently managed a $20m cryptocurrency portfolio for BABB Group ltd.

Gavin Pannu | Senior Market Analyst & Trader Gavin is an experienced prop trader, Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) and Member of the Society of Technical Analysts (IFTA).

He has three years’ experience as a Senior

Market Analyst at the London Academy of Trading (LAT) and 5 years’ trading experience of a self-directed fund after completing the ABE accredited Level 5 Diploma in Applied Financial Trading. Gavin is an experienced trading mentor and lecturer having taught over 1000 traders and has experience creating leading training programmes.

Paul Bentley | Coach & Mentor Paul is a successful prop trader with many years’ experience as a Private Fund Manager for HNWI’s. He has a wealth of experience delivering live trading days and financial market education to those wishing to start a career in the city or becoming a lifestyle trader.
