ALPFA SCHOLARSHIPS is generously funded by individual and corporate sponsors dedicated to breaking financial barriers to education by covering tuition expenses for ALPFA Students.

ALPFA FELLOWSHIPS prepares college students for corporate America by providing real-world business problem-solving opportunities, professional development, and corporate mentorship.

L.E.A.D Leadership, Excellence, Advancement, Development is ALPFA’s pre-convention leadership program for early executives and senior managers preparing to step into executive roles. The experience equips participants with a clear leadership vision, executive-level skills, and holistic growth across ALPFA’s six pillars.

DIVERGE is the Employee Resource Group (ERG) Training Program sets ERG leaders on the path to success by aligning passion and purpose with corporate goals.

ALPFA LIVE is ALPFA’s professional broadcast series, bringing accessible insights on work, leadership, and community to members and the broader network. Streamed on platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, the series features thought leaders and practitioners sharing real-time perspectives on the trends shaping business and society.

ALPFA CONNECT is an interactive workshop series where members engage in dialogue-driven sessions with thought leaders and practitioners. Designed to be smaller and more personal, these sessions emphasize applied learning, reflection, and practical tools that participants can use to advance their leadership and career growth.
