Völs am Schlern Fiè allo Sciliar

SCHUPFNUDL-WANDERUNG Eine interaktive Erlebniswanderung für die ganze Familie Wir beginnen unsere Wanderung beim Informationsbüro in Völs, wandern vorbei am Edelansitz Zimmerlehen und zum Völser Weiher. Dort versuchen wir uns im Eisstockschießen.

Anschließend wandern wir auf dem 7-Weiher-Weg weiter zu den Weihern von „Salmsein“ und „Gflier“. Beim Gasthof zum Schlern endet unsere Wanderung. Als kleine Stärkung werden „Schupfnudl mit Hohlermulla“ (Holundersoße) gereicht. Mit dem Bus geht es dann zurück nach Völs.

ESCURSIONE CULINARIA “SCHUPFNUDL” Un‘escursione interattiva per tutta la famiglia.

La nostra escursione prende il via dall’Ufficio Informazioni di Fiè.

Durante il percorso godiamo della vista sul paese, fiancheggiamo la Residenza Zimmerlehen, e raggiungiamo il Laghetto di Fiè.

Qui, ci cimentiamo del curling. La nostra avventura si conclude al Albergo Sciliar. Per rifocillarci viene servito il piatto tradizionale “Schupfnudl con Hohlermulla” (gnocchi con marmellata di sambuco, ndt). L’autobus quindi ci riconduce a Fiè.

POTATO DUMPLING HIKE Interactive hiking tour for families We begin our walk at the Tourist Information Office in Fiè and hike onwards to the Laghetto di Fiè lake. When we get here, we will try our skills at curling. Then we will hike on again to the lakes of “Salmsein” and “Gflier”. Our tour will end at the restaurant Albergo Sciliar where we will savour a traditional light snack of potato dumplings with elderflower jam before taking the bus back to Fiè.

Kastelruth Castelrotto

MÜHLENWANDERUNG NACH TISENS Gemütliche Wanderung nach Tisens zur „Malfertheinermühle“.

Wir starten am Dorfplatz von Kastelruth zu einer kurzen, 30 minütigen Wanderungen nach Tisens. Auf dem Weg zum Weiler besichtigen wir die liebevoll restaurierte Mühle der Familie Wanker. Danach wandern wir weiter nach Tisens und besichtigen dort die Kirche, die dem Hl. Nikolaus geweiht ist. Eine Besonderheit ist die himmelblaue Decke im Kirchenschiff. An der Außenmauer befindet sich ein großes Fresko des Hl. Christophorus.

Rückkehr nach Kastelruth zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus.

ESCURSIONE AL MULINO DI TISANA Facile escursione verso il mulino storico “Malfertheinermühle” Il punto di partenza per questa piacevole passeggiata di ca. 30 min. è l’Ufficio Informazioni di Castelrotto. Il vecchio mulino a Tisana, grazie alla famiglia Wanker, che l’ha ristrutturato con molta cura è accessibile anche al pubblico. In seguito proseguiamo verso Tisana, dove visiteremo la deliziosa chiesetta di San Nicolò, nota per il particolare soffitto azzurro della navata centrale.

Ritorno da Tisana per Castelrotto a piedi o tramite pullmann.

MILL-HIKE TO TISENS Easy hike to the historic “Malfertheiner” mill We start at the Information Office of Castelrotto for the short hike to Tisens. On the way we come across the renovated mill of the family Wanker. Leo has renovated this mill and now tells visitors about the miller‘s craft. Afterwards, we’ll continue on to Tisens and visit the church dedicated to St. Nicholas.

A special feature is the sky blue ceiling in the nave.

Return by foot or bus from Tisens to Castelrotto.

FEUER, FLAMME, MUSPFANNE Gemütliche Wanderung zur St. Valentin Kirche - einem besonderen Kraftplatz oberhalb von Seis.

Wir nutzen die magische Dämmerstimmung zur Aussicht und Einsicht, sammeln unter Führung von Monika Wünsche fürs kommende Jahr und lassen Altes und Vergangenes los. Es geht dann weiter zum Zemmerhof, wo uns Bäuerin Paula ein köstliches Bauernmus am offenen Feuer kocht. Gemeinsam genießen wir dieses traditionelle Gericht, bevor wir uns im Fackelschein auf den Rückweg nach Seis machen.

FUOCO, FIAMME E LE PIETANZE DI UNA VOLTA Piacevole escursione con la guida Monika alla chiesetta di San Valentino, uno speciale centro di energia che si erge sopra Siusi.

Nella magica atmosfera del crepuscolo ci abbandoniamo a vedute e riflessioni, collezioniamo desideri per l’anno che verrà e ci scrolliamo di dosso il passato e il vissuto. Proseguiamo poi il nostro cammino fino al maso Zemmerhof, dove la contadina Paula ci prepara una specialità a base di farina cotta. Rifocillati, imbocchiamo accompagnati dalla luce delle fiaccole, la via del ritorno che ci riporta a Siusi.

Leisurely hike to the S. Valentine Church, a very special place of power just above Siusi.

Togheter with Monika we harness the magic of the twilight to gaze outward and inward, to send out our wishes for the coming year and to leave all that is old and forgotten behind us. We will take a walk to the Zemmerhof farm, where farmer’s wife Paula will be cooking up a lip-smacking “Muas” spoon-bread on an open fire.

We’ll enjoy the traditional dish before we walk back to Siusi with flaming torches.

Tiers am Rosengarten Tires al Catinaccio

AUF SCHNEESCHUHEN INS URIGE TSCHAMINTAL Bei einer Schneeschuhwanderung durch den Pulverschnee erfahren wir die malerische Winterwelt der Ferienregion Seiser Alm auf ihre natürlichste Weise. Das Tschamintal ist ein wildromantisches Tal zwischen Schlern und Rosengarten. Ziel der Schneeschuh­ wanderung ist der Rechte Leger, ein wunderschöner Aussichtspunkt und Rastplatz, der zum Verweilen einlädt.

Wichtig: Schneeschuhe und Stöcke sind nicht im Preis inklusive und müssen von den Teilnehmern selbst mitgebracht werden.

CON LE CIASPOLE NELLA CARATTERISTICA VAL CIAMIN Durante un’escursione con le ciaspole sulla fresca neve nell’incontaminato paesaggio invernale, potete immergervi nel modo più naturale nella pittoresca atmosfera dell’area vacanze Alpe di Siusi.

La Val Ciamin è un luogo romantico e selvaggio tra lo Sciliar e il Catinaccio sopra Tires. La meta è la radura „Rechter Leger“, un meraviglioso poggio ideale per una sosta per ammirare il panorama.

Importante: le racchette da neve e i bastoncini non sono inclusi nel prezzo e devono essere portati dai partecipanti stessi.

SNOWSHOEING INTO THE WILDERNESS OF THE CIAMIN VALLEY On a snowshoe hike through the fresh, powdery snow and the pristine winter’s countryside, you can explore the picturesque winter wonderland in the most natural way possible.

The Ciamin Valley is a wild, romantic valley between the Sciliar and the Catinaccio massif above Tires. Our snowshoe destination is the “Rechter Leger” clearing, a spectacular vantage point and a wonderful spot to enjoy a pleasant break.

Important: Snowshoes and poles are not included in the price and must be brought by the participants themselves.

Seiser Alm Alpe di Siusi

ALMROMANTIK FÜR ZWEI In weiche Decken gehüllt bringt Sie eine Pferdekutsche in einer romantischen Fahrt, über die tief verschneite Seiser Alm bis zur Gostner Schwaige wo Sie ein unvergesslicher Abend erwartet.

Kerzen leiten sie zur Hütte, bei der Sie am offenen Feuer mit einem Blütensekt erwartet werden. Auf kuscheligen Lammfellen und bei Kerzenlicht bekommen Sie anschließend ein feines 4-Gänge-Menü serviert. Anschließend leuchten Ihnen Fackeln den Weg zurück.

ROMANTICA ALPE Avvolti in morbide coperte, una slitta trainata da cavalli vi condurrà in una romantica passeggiata attraverso il paesaggio innevato dell’Alpe di Siusi fino alla Malga Gostner dove vi attende una serata indimenticabile. Le candele segnano la via verso il rifugio. Davanti al focolare, sarete attesi da uno spumante dall’aroma floreale.

Su soffici pelli d’agnello, sempre a lume di candela, vi sarà servito un raffinato menù a quattro portate. Infine, alla luce delle fiaccole farete ritorno.

PURE ROMANCE ON SEISER ALM Wrapped up in soft blankets our horse drawn sleigh will take you on a romantic journey across the snowy landscape to Gostner Alpine hut. Candles lead the way to the hut, where an open fire and a flower prosecco will welcome you, followed by an exquisite 4-course-menù served to your table as you enjoy the warmth of cosy lambskin and the candlelit ambience. And to round off the evening, the flicker of flaming torchlight will guide your way back home.

DIE MAGIE DES VOLLMONDES Nachtwanderung im Zeichen von Sagen und Legenden rund um das Schlerngebiet Wir treffen uns am Dorfplatz in Kastelruth und wandern durch die Vollmondnacht in Richtung St. Valentin. Martha erzählt unterwegs Sagen und Legenden und führt uns sicher durch die geheimnisvolle Nacht. Auf dem Rückweg nach Kastelruth kehren wir beim Unterkalkadoihof ein. Familie Gostner serviert uns ein heißes Getränk mit dem wir uns aufwärmen können.

LA MAGIA DELLA LUNA PIENA Escursione notturna all’insegna delle leggende e saghe intorno allo Sciliar Ci incontriamo nel centro del paese a Castelrotto e camminiamo nella notte di luna piena in direzione di San Valentino. Lungo la strada Martha ci racconterà saghe e leggende e ci guiderà con sicurezza attraverso la notte misteriosa. Sulla via del ritorno verso Castelrotto ci fermiamo al maso Unterkalkadoi. Possiamo riscaldarci con una bevanda calda, servita dalla famiglia Gostner.

THE MAGIC OF THE FULL MOON Night hike under the sign of sagas and legends around the Sciliar area We meet at the village square in Castelrotto and walk through the full moon night towards San Valentino. On the way Martha will tell us sagas and legends and guide us safely through the mysterious night. On the way back to Castelrotto we stop at the Unterkalkadoi farm. SCHÜTTELBROT, VINSCHGERLEN & CO. Traditionelles Brot backen in der Bäckerei Oberprantacher In der Bäckerei Oberprantacher in Seis am Schlern können Sie ge­ meinsam mit Bäcker Klaus traditionelle Südtiroler Brotsorten backen.

Dabei lernen Sie, wie Schüttelbrot zu seinem Namen kommt und wie man „Vinschgerlen“ rupft. Am Ende können Sie Ihr selbst hergestelltes Schüttelbrot und ein von Hand gerupftes Vinschger Paarl mit nach Hause nehmen.

SCHÜTTELBROT, VINSCHGERLEN & CO. Bread-making course at the Oberprantacher Bakery Learn how to bake the traditional breads of South Tyrol together with Klaus the baker at the Oberprantacher Bakery in Siusi allo Sciliar.

You will learn how Schüttelbrot rye flatbread got its name, and the right way to shape the “Vinschgerlen” pair-bread. After the course, you can go home with your own homemade Schüttelbrot and hand-shaped Vinschger Paarl.
