About us
With over one hundred years of experience in handmade rugs and carpets, alp_ has positioned itself as one of Europe’s oldest factories for handmade luxury carpets. We manufacture exclusively in our textile factory in Granada, Spain, using a handmade process and we are committed to respecting the environment at every stage of production.
We use environmentally friendly materials and the dyeing process is controlled at every stage to avoid any negative impact on the environment.
We are committed to supporting local employment and promoting traditional crafts, and our skilled artisans are a testament to the expertise and history of rug-making in southern Spain.

At alp we are committed to values such as Design and Creativity, we believe that a rug can be Art. We are the heirs to a tradition of craftsmanship with more than a century of history, which has given us a savoir faire that we preserve every day in our factory.

Colours
We offer a wide range of colours to bring your ideas to life. We also produce custom colours. We have a colour range for each material: Wool, Wool & Silk, Silky Wool, Silky and Linen. We also work with colour references from ARS 600 / ARS 1200 and Chromatone.
