THE PROJECT IS LOCATED ON THE VALLE DE BRAVO HIGHWAY, EL ARCO, STATE OF MEXICO.
ITS OBJECTIVE IS TO ENCOURAGE THE RECOVERY OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF THE AREA THROUGH THEIR USE IN THE TOURIST ENVIRONMENT THROUGH THE CONCEPTUALIZATION OF A SENSORY HOTEL-SPA FOCUSED ON THE ENCOUNTER OF THE SELF-BEING WITH THE CONSCIOUSNESS.
BASED ON THE BUDDHIST CONCEPT “ALAYA” WHICH TAKES CONSCIOUSNESS AS THE STORAGE OF PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AND THE CORE OF ITS IDENTITY. THE HOTEL ZEN LIGHTHOUSE TRIES TO RECREATE THIS FEELING THROUGH THE COMPOSITION OF ITS ROOMS, CONSTITUTED BY A CENTRAL BLOCK THAT MAKES UP THE ROOM CONTAINED BY TWO WALLS OF RAMMED EARTH THAT OPEN IN THE DIRECTION OF THE LAKE, CONCEIVING A SPACE FOR INTROSPECTION.


THE AIM IS TO GENERATE A SENSATION OF INDIVIDUALITY THROUGH CONTEXT-SENSITIVE PATHWAYS AND SPACES THAT CONTAIN AND ARE CONTAINED, GIVING AN ARCHITECTURAL EXPERIENCE WITH A DOUBLE SOUL. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE LOCAL MATERIALS SUCH AS RAMMED EARTH, WOOD AND GLASS, WHICH HELPS PROVIDING HARMONY TO THE INTERIOR







SPIN AN ARCHITECTURAL URBAN PROJECT AS A TRADITIONAL OAXAQUE CANVAS THAT INVITES THE CULTURAL INTERACTION OF A PLACE, IMMORTALIZING ITS HISTORY AND ENDEMIC CUSTOMS WHOSE OBJECTIVE IS THE CULTURAL AND SPORTS CENTER LOCATED IN PUEBLO NUEVO, OAXACA.
BASED ON THE POLYGONAL OF THE LAND, A VOLUME IS RECREATED WHICH IS DIVIDED INTO THREE ALLOWING THE VISITORS TO EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITIES OF THE

THE ACCESS IS LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE COMPLEX, STARTING FROM THE RECEPTION AND DETONATING INTO A SERIES OF PATHS THAT GIVE RISE TO THE DIFFERENT SPACES OF THE CULTURAL AND SPORTS COMPLEX.


A BOHEMIAN INTERIOR STYLE IS PROPOSED BASED ON SIMPLICITY AND CONTACT WITH NATURE, ACHIEVING A CLEAN AND WARM ATMOSPHERE THROUGH THE USE OF MATERIALS SUCH AS WOOD, COMPACTED EARTH BLOCKS AND WALLS FINISHED WITH MUD-SAND-LIME.

ARCHITECTURAL NATIONAL MUSEUM
TWO BUILDINGS, TWO HISTORICAL MOMENTS THAT DIALOGUE IN A CENTRAL GARDEN THAT DEFINES A CULTURAL SPACE INTENDED TO BE A MEETING POINT, A PLACE FOR SOCIAL INTERACTION THAT ADDS VALUE TO THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT.

THE PURPOSE OF THE MUSEUM IS TO OFFER A SPACE FOR SEARCH AND EXPLORATION OF THE ARTISTIC HERITAGE OF THE FACULTY OF ARCHITECTURE, PROMOTING THE CONSERVATION, RESEARCH AND DISSEMINATION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND ARTISTIC MATERIAL THAT MAKES UP MEXICAN SOCIETY.

THE MUSEUM IS DEFINED BY PROPOSING A REVALUATION OF ITS SPATIALITY IN TERMS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ITS PUBLIC AREAS, MAINTAINING A DIRECT RELATIONSHIP THAT ALLOWS SPATIAL VERSATILITY AND FLEXIBILITY, RESULTING IN MUSEOGRAPHIC FREEDOM.

A DUALITY IS GENERATED WITHIN THE ROUTE: ON THE ONE PART THE PROPOSED BUILDING HAS A SPATIAL AND MUSEOGRAPHIC FLEXIBILITY THROUGH COLUMNS WITH LARGE GAPS, WHILE IN “CASA CORTINA” USE IS MADE OF THE VESTIGES OF THE PREEXISTING WALLS, GIVING PLACE TO THE PERMANENT EXHIBITION ROOMS .











THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE AN OASIS FOR WOMEN, A PLACE TO BREATHE, A SPACE THAT ALLOWS A MOMENT OF INTROSPECTION, AN OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE A SPACE FOR THE EXCHANGE OF KNOWLEDGE, IDEAS AND DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES THAT CAN COEXIST IN HARMONY AND RESPECT.

THE PROJECT WAS REALIZED AS A RESPONSE TO A CONSTANT INTEGRATION PROBLEM IN CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES BY WOMEN IN THE COMMUNITY OF SENEGAL, AFRICA.


THE PROJECT IS COMPOSED OF THREE VOLUMES THAT OPEN CREATING DIFFERENT INTERIOR ATMOSPHERES, CONNECTED BY A CENTRAL PATIO, MIXING THE PROJECT WITH THE SURROUNDING LANDSCAPE.


THE SPACES ARE CONTAINED BY WALLS THAT CONTRAST WITH THE TRANSVERSAL PART OF THE PROJECT COVERED WITH BAMBOO LATTICES, GENERATING DIFFERENT ATMOSPHERES CREATED BY SHADOWS AND ALLOWING CROSS VENTILATION.




THE WALLS ARE SEPARATE BY WATER MIRRORS WHOSE FUNCTION IS TO CAPTURE RAINWATER AND IN ORDER TO REUSE IT.



THE PROJECT, LOCATED IN TIJUANA, BAJA CALIFONRIA, IS A SERIES OF LUXURY APARTMENTS WITH A COMPLETE LEVEL OF AMENITIES AND A BRIDGE THAT LINKS BOTH TOWERS THROUGH AMENITIES FOR THE INHABITANTS.



THE PROJECT WAS MATERIALIZED UNDER THE “LINK” CONCEPT WHICH LOOKS LIKE THE TWO TOWERS IN ITS FACADE RESOLVED THROUGH A SYSTEM OF A COMPOSITE FACADE WITH PANELS.

LEVEL 07 IS A SERIES OF AMENITIES OFFERED BY THE APARTMENT SET, WHICH IS A GYM, AN EVENTS ROOM, A PLAYGROUND, A ROOM FOR ADULTS, A RECREATIONAL AREA WITH A POOL AND JACUZZI.
FROM LEVEL 08 ONWARDS THE APARTMENT SETS ARE DISPLACED, ONE IN EACH TOWER OF EACH LEVEL; EXCEPT THE PENTHOUSES OF EACH OF THE TOWERS.

THE PROJECT WAS CARRIED OUT WITH THE BIM SYSTEM (BUILDING MODEL INFORMATION) THROUGH REVIT, IN WHICH ALL THE SPECIALTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE PROJECT AND THE ENGINEERING COORDINATION WERE GENERATED, REACHING A LOD 400.




THE PROJECT LOCATED IN COLONIA SANTA ANA, TLÁHUAC, MEXICO CITY, HAS THE PURPOSE OF SATISFYING PART OF THE EXISTING DEMAND FOR HOUSING FOR THE LOW-INCOME SECTOR OF THE POPULATION, PROVIDING AN AFFORDABLE OPTION THAT MEETS THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A LIVABLE HOUSING.



THE PROJECT WAS DEVELOPED USING BIM (BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING) METHODOLOGY THROUGH REVIT, IN WHICH ALL THE SPECIALTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE PROJECT AND ENGINEERING COORDINATION WERE GENERATED, REACHING A LOD 400.
THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT INCLUDED ARCHITECTURAL PLANS, MASONRY, FINISHES, GLAZING, SMITH, CARPENTRY WICH WERE MADE THROUGH REVIT ARCHITECTURE. MOREOVER, THE INSTALLATIONS WERE CARRIED OUT USING REVIT MEP.
THE PROJECT WAS CARRIED OUT FROM THE CONCEPTUAL STAGE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, IN WHICH DETAILS WERE MADE OF EACH ONE OF THE SPECIALTIES, PERFORMING QUANTIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF EACH ONE OF THEM.
