ALOHA CONNECTIONS
ESTABLISHED the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force & web page on the Aloha Foundation site HOSTED listening sessions, discussion groups, five working groups, and an All-Community Town Hall meeting to advance our DEI objectives REVISED staff training program to incorporate new content, identify and prepare trainers, and ensure consistency across programs PUBLISHED the Humans of Aloha series on social media and on our website, offering a public space for marginalized groups to share, anonymously, their experiences in our programs

YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (YLP) Launched new program for 15-17 year olds, focusing on sustainable building projects, leadership development, team building, and wilderness skills and immersion.
A-TERM Launched new winter program for college students learning remotely, providing a supportive community of peers and staff for academic work time, an alumni mentoring program, extended learning opportunities, recreation time, and special evening programs
PROJECTS You allowed us to improve systems and increase our efficiency.
IMPLEMENTED a new enrollment and hiring database UPGRADED to a cloud-based accounting system MADE campus improvements to benefit participants and staff, including changes at Ohana’s waterfront, Aloha’s Wishing Fire, and a residential unit at Hive

70 ALUMNI, PARENTS, & FRIENDS made regular monthly donations through our EverGreen Sustainer program
