cross generation unfamiliar In my daily life, I have seen so many people do impolite behaviors to elderly. Even my father sometimes act impatient to my grandmother only because her weak of hearing. Therefore, I hope to promote communication between generaiton. Let them know each other more. Not only with their own family members ,but also with the whole elderly group.

I bring the book which publish by health bureau and electronic scale every day in the first six months I outbroke.

Before having meal, I always check the book to calculate the glucose I absorb in each meal. It is inconvenient at first but after a few months training, I know how much calories I can absorb every meal.
