Dear All Saints Community,
All Saints is a school shaped by relationships, purpose, and a deep commitment to children. Our Episcopal identity, mission, and shared values guide the way we teach, care for one another, and help each student grow. As we look to the future, we carry forward the values and relationships that have always made All Saints special while embracing the opportunities ahead.
Rooted in Purpose is our Strategic Plan for the next three to five years. It reflects the voices of students, families, alumni, faculty, staff, and trustees and provides a clear path forward as we focus on a rich student experience, a strong professional community, and a sustainable future.
Rooted in Purpose also builds on the foundation laid by Imagine, our previous Strategic Plan, which strengthened our campus and programs while deepening our commitment to the people and values at the heart of All Saints. We now carry that work forward with clarity and focus.
This Strategic Plan is not a departure from who we are. It is a commitment to build on our mission: preparing children for lives of learning and service in a joyful and spiritual environment, while continuing to help students grow with confidence, care, and purpose.
As we look ahead, we are excited to expand experiential learning, use our campus more intentionally as part of the student experience, support the faculty and staff who make All Saints exceptional, and manage our resources wisely for the future.

All Saints is a community where every student is known, supported, and challenged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Grounded in our Episcopal identity, shared values, and strong relationships, our school is committed to educating the whole child and inspiring each student to pursue excellence with purpose, confidence, and care.
This Strategic Plan outlines All Saints’ priorities for the next three to five years. It reflects extensive input from students, families, and faculty. Together, these voices point us toward a focused and ambitious path forward, one that strengthens what we do best, sharpens our priorities, and guides thoughtful and dynamic growth.

Make intentional use of the campus, including outdoor spaces, the organic garden, and the Field House, to deepen experiential learning

All Saints is committed to responsible stewardship that ensures long-term institutional strength, program quality, and accessibility for families. Financial sustainability allows us to invest wisely in people, programs, and facilities while remaining mission-driven.
AREAS OF STRATEGIC FOCUS
Develop and maintain a multi-year financial plan where enrollment, staffing, facilities, and reserves are aligned and where initiatives are paced for financial sustainability
Strengthen long-term financial sustainability through auxiliary revenue, balanced budgets, annual fundraising, and endowment growth
Keep tuition increases modest and predictable, while sustaining or expanding financial accessibility for families
Align financial decisions with people-first priorities, including student programs, faculty staffing levels, compensation and benefits, and facilities that support the full student experience
Build a sustainable development plan that supports annual giving, major gift growth, and emerging strategic priorities

This Strategic Plan reflects All Saints’ commitment to building on our strengths while preparing thoughtfully for the future. Guided by our mission and informed by the voices of students, families, faculty, and trustees, it provides a clear framework for the next chapter of our school’s growth.

While the specific initiatives within this plan will evolve over time, our commitment remains constant: to educate the whole child, nurture a strong and caring community, and steward the resources that will allow All Saints to flourish for generations to come.
