Welcome to All Saints Anglican School
Starting at a new school is a milestone moment for any student, and we are delighted that you have chosen to begin, or continue, your family’s journey with us here at All Saints. At All Saints, we believe school should be a place where young people feel known, supported and inspired to do their best. Education, to us, is about nurturing the whole person — fostering curiosity, resilience and a strong sense of self. Our goal is simple but powerful: that every student leaves All Saints with a sense of direction, a depth of character, and the confidence to shape a future that only they can imagine. Our school offers a wide variety of experiences, both in and beyond the classroom, designed to spark imagination and a genuine enjoyment of learning. Whether your child is starting school for the very first time or joining us from elsewhere, we will do everything we can to make their transition smooth and their experience rewarding. This guide is designed to help your family prepare for the year ahead. Within these pages, you’ll find everything you need to know about key dates, orientation sessions (see page 8), and uniforms and stationery (see pages 11-12). We believe education is most powerful when it’s a partnership between school and home. The relationship between parents, students and staff sits at the heart of everything we do, and we look forward to building that connection with you. As parents, there are many ways to get involved in school life — from joining the Parents & Friends committee or a support group such as the Friends of Performing Arts, to volunteering at community events like the School Fair or lending a hand in the classroom. If you have any questions about the information in this guide, our Admissions team will be happy to assist. I look forward to meeting you and your family in the weeks ahead and walking alongside you as your child begins their journey at All Saints. Mr Matt Corbett Principal

Quick Answers
WHAT IF MY CHILD DOESN’T KNOW ANYONE ON THEIR FIRST DAY? That’s what orientation is for! Students have the opportunity to meet their teachers and classmates before the school year begins. Our staff also take extra care to help new students feel welcome and make connections during those first few weeks.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS NERVOUS ABOUT STARTING SCHOOL? It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous about starting somewhere new, whatever your age. Our teachers and pastoral care staff are experienced in helping new students feel welcome, supported and settled. If you have any concerns, please reach out to your child’s teacher or tutor so we can work together to make their transition as smooth as possible.
HOW CAN I GET TO KNOW OTHER ALL SAINTS FAMILIES? There are plenty of opportunities to connect! From school events to volunteering and our Parents & Friends events, there are many ways to become part of the All Saints community. See Lifelong Connections on page 34 for more information.
WHO DO I CONTACT IF I’M NOT SURE WHO TO ASK? Your child’s sub-school administration office is a great place to start. Our Junior, Middle and Senior School teams can answer most questions or point you in the right direction. Before school starts, our Admissions team is also happy to help.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT’S HAPPENING AT SCHOOL? WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING ON THEIR FIRST DAY? Requirements vary depending on your child’s year level, but generally include a school bag, hat, water bottle and any required books or stationery. You’ll find more specific information in The First Day section on page 16. Be sure to also check FIDO News via the All Saints app for any updates before school starts.
The All Saints app and FIDO are your go-to sources for school news, important updates, upcoming events and information specific to your child’s year level. You’ll receive access to these platforms the week before school starts, so you’ll have everything you need to stay informed and connected. See page 14 for more information.

Getting Started Uniform Students from Years 1 to 12 must wear their day uniform to school each day, except on sport days. Sport uniform days vary depending on year level and will be advised at the start of the school year. Pre Prep and Prep students wear the sports uniform every day. Middle and Senior School students with elective Health and Physical Education (HPE) or Sport and Recreation classes on non-sport days are expected to arrive in their day uniform and change into their sports uniform for the HPE lesson only. The formal uniform will be required for various occasions throughout the school year and students will be advised when this uniform is required.
The official uniform guide and a listing of all required formal, day and sport uniform items can be found on the All Saints Shop website shop.asas.qld.edu.au.
Other Requirements HAT Students must wear the navy school hat during breaks and at all times when outdoors at school. The rule is: no hat, no play. It is a school requirement that hats are embroidered with the students’ name. The embroidery is included in the cost of the hat and will be completed at the All Saints Shop at the time of purchase. JEWELLERY AND MAKEUP Jewellery is not to be worn with the school uniform. A chain with a cross is permitted (but must not be visible) and all students may wear a watch (not a smart watch). Girls may wear either a plain gold or silver single stud, or a plain gold or silver single sleeper in the lobe of the ear, but no other jewellery is acceptable. Nail polish and makeup are not permitted.
HAIR Hair must be kept clean, neat and tidy; it should be a single natural colour and the style should not be attention-seeking. Hair should be of a similar length all over; shaved sides and undercuts are not permitted. Hair should not come over the eyes at any time. Boys must be clean shaven and hair should be short and clear of the collar. Girls’ hair which is long enough to be secured should be tied back using All Saints navy or light blue ribbons, scrunchies and/or clips. Students who do not meet these guidelines will be required to adjust their hair at their own expense.
Please refer to the All Saints Uniform Guide for further information on hair, makeup, jewellery and other general presentation requirements.
LABELLING It is very important students label every article that is worn or brought to school. A large proportion of property found is unnamed, not named fully or the marking is unclear or worn. Articles that are commonly found unnamed are shoes, jumpers, sports jerseys, sport bags containing swimwear/sports clothes, camp gear, pencil cases, calculators and musical equipment. Please ensure all bags, including sports bags, are named. Due to health reasons, unnamed lunchboxes and drink bottles will only be kept for 48 hours then thrown away. STUDENT ID Students from Years 7 to 12 will receive a student ID card. These ID cards identify your child as a student of All Saints and can be used as formal ID. They are issued following the completion of official school photographs which take place in Term 1. This card will contain information such as the student’s date of birth, house and year level. These cards can be used for print services and can be linked to their Flexischools account for tuckshop purchases.

Each afternoon, Junior School students are taken to and supervised at the school bus stop, which is located inside the turning circle at the School’s main entrance. Middle School and Senior School students are expected to make their own way to the bus stop after class. When boarding the bus, students are required to queue sensibly. We recommend that younger Junior School students avoid travelling by bus during their first weeks unless accompanied by an older sibling or friend.
TRAVEL BY CAR Parents are not permitted to use Highfield Drive as a pick up or set down point, and parking on Highfield Drive during school hours is also prohibited. Please keep clearways on Highfield Drive free at all times, as indicated by street signage, and observe speed limits both on campus and in surrounding streets. Cars waiting to enter the school should queue patiently in line. As at all schools, traffic during drop off and pick up can be busy. Please allow extra travel time, especially during the first few weeks of the school year when congestion is at its peak. Traffic generally eases once sport training and extra-curricular activities commence. Student safety is our highest priority, and we ask all families for patience and understanding as we work together to keep our community safe. DROP OFF / PICK UP AREAS — JUNIOR SCHOOL (NORTHERN ENTRANCE) The Junior School has three designated drop off and pick up zones, depending on year level (see map on page 22) Pre Prep The undercover zone near A block is reserved exclusively for Pre Prep students. Families with a younger sibling in Pre Prep may also use this area. Parking spaces in this zone are for Pre Prep parents only, as students must be signed in and out each day. Prep to Year 1 Prep and Year 1 students can be dropped off and collected from the upper area next to H block, accessible by turning right after entering the northern entrance. Year 6 student leaders are on hand to walk younger children safely to their classrooms. Years 2 to 6 Students in Years 2 to 6 must be dropped off and collected from the Junior School Car Park. If you wish to walk your child to class, please park in the Junior School Car Park, where there is ample parking available. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended in any yellow moving lanes. MIDDLE AND SENIOR SCHOOL (MAIN ENTRANCE) Middle School and Senior School students are to be dropped off and picked up via the drop off / pick up zone accessible via the main entrance (see map on page 22).
PARKING The Junior School Lower Car Park (northern entrance) and the Senior School HPE Centre Car Park (southern entrance) are the two largest parking areas on campus. Parents and visitors are welcome to use either, and most parts of the school are just a short walk across the main oval (see map on page 22). Additional smaller car parks are located adjacent to K, X and Y Buildings. These are generally available to parents and visitors, though spaces are limited and may be blocked or reserved for special events. STUDENT DRIVERS In light of congestion and its attendant risks, no learner drivers are allowed to drive on school property. Please ensure you change drivers before entering the School. Once students have their licence, they must apply for a school permit with the Assistant Head of Senior School - Wellbeing before they can drive to school. Students must also apply for permission to carry passengers. Both the driver and the passenger must have their parents’ signatures. Registration and permission forms are available from Senior School Administration. A ‘student driver’ sticker will be issued and must be attached to the back window of the car.
School Fees Semester fees and levies as per the fee schedule will be invoiced in advance to your account. A statement will be sent out at the start of Semester 1 in January and Semester 2 in July. Payment must be made within 14 days. Accounts can be paid by credit card on Parent Lounge Payway or BPay via online banking. School accounts may also be paid in person at Main Administration. To make tuition easier for families to manage, the school has partnered with a payment plan provider so you can pay in regular manageable installments. Further information is available at edstart.com.au/asas. The School may charge your school fee account for other curricular activities, such as excursions. These additional fees are payable on issue of your monthly statement. Performing Arts Music and Drama fees are calculated at 16 lessons per semester and billed each semester on the school fee account. Should you wish to discuss your school fee account at any time, please contact our School Fees Officer, Mrs Becky Martin on 07 5587 0304 or via email at fees@asas.qld.edu.au.

Once at School The First Day
Daily Timetables
We understand that the first day of a new school year will be filled with nervous excitement for all students. With so much that feels ‘new,’ we work hard to ensure every student, whether returning or joining All Saints for the first time, experiences a smooth and happy transition.
PRE PREP The Pre Prep school day commences at 8.25am and finishes at 2.30pm. The facility is open from 8.00am to 3.00pm.
JUNIOR SCHOOL Families will receive an email in the week before school starts advising which uniform students should wear on their first day (Monday 25 January). This will include information about classes commencing swimming and any other uniform adjustments. Students are asked to bring along their stationery packs on the first day of school (if applicable). Specific requirements for book covering and naming will be provided by teachers as required. MIDDLE SCHOOL Students in Years 7, 8 and 9 are to wear their full day uniform on the first day. There is no need to bring their sports uniform (if they are timetabled to have HPE on that day, they will be based in the classroom). New students may bring in their books and stationery on either the Orientation Day (Friday 22 January) and/or the first day of Term 1 (Monday 25 January). All such items should be named and indicate your child’s Core class (e.g. Johnny Smith 7W). Exercise books may be covered. SENIOR SCHOOL On the first day, Year 10 wear their sports uniform with house shirt and Years 11 and 12 wear their regular day uniform. All students will meet in the HPE Centre at 8.25am for a brief assembly with the Head of Senior School and an introduction to their tutors. Following this assembly, all students will move to their tutor rooms for Period 1 where timetables are distributed and lockers are organised. At 9.35am (the start of Period 2), Year 10 begin their full-day orientation program with the Assistant Head of Senior School - Wellbeing in the CSI Lecture Theatre, and the Year 11 and Year 12 students begin normal classes. Year 10 will be issued with their device during the orientation program. Normal lessons begin for Year 10 from the beginning of Day 2. All students will collect their textbooks from the All Saints Shop at an allocated time in the first week.
PREP TO YEAR 6 The school day runs from 8.25am to 3.00pm. We ask that children arrive 10 to 15 minutes beforehand to allow time to settle in and complete essential routines before classes begin. Before-school supervision is available from 7.45am. Please note that there are no duty teachers before this time. Between 7.45 and 8.00am, Prep and Year 1 students are supervised in the Prep playground, while Year 2 to 6 students are supervised under the John Fradgley Centre. MIDDLE SCHOOL (YEARS 7 TO 9) The school day commences at 8.25am and finishes at 3.15pm. SENIOR SCHOOL (YEARS 10 TO 12) The school day commences at 8.25am and finishes at 3.25pm. Teachers are often involved in preparation or meetings prior to the beginning of each school day. It is important to note that no formal supervision of students is available prior to the commencement of class.

Before and After School Supervision JUNIOR SCHOOL All Saints Anglican School has partnered with a fullyaccredited outside school hours care service provider called Base OOSH. This service provides high quality before and after school care and vacation care for Pre Prep to Year 6 students. To use this service, parents must book their child in for the required sessions directly with Base OOSH. The hours of care available on school days are from 6.30am to 8.15am and from 2.45pm to 6.00pm. Vacation care hours are from 7.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday during each week of the holidays (except public holidays). Junior School students who arrive at school before 7.45am, who leave after 3.30pm and who are not attending an extra-curricular activity must attend outside school hours care. All students need to be enrolled in Base OOSH in case emergency care is required on any occasion. Further information and an enrolment form can be found on the Base website, baseoosh.com.au. MIDDLE AND SENIOR SCHOOL All Middle and Senior School students not involved in after school activities can go to the Middle and Senior School Library. The Middle and Senior School Library opening hours are Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 6.00pm, and Friday 7.45am to 5.00pm.
Student Attendance Parents and guardians must notify the School before 9.00am if a student will be absent. Please use the All Saints app as the first option, or contact the subschool administration by phone or email if the app is not accessible. Parents will receive an SMS if their child is absent without prior notification. For Junior and Middle School students, a follow-up note in the school diary or an email to the teacher is appreciated after any absence. ARRIVING LATE TO SCHOOL If a student arrives late and misses roll call for any reason, they should present at their sub-school administration office to sign in. Parents can notify the school of planned late arrivals via Absences on the All Saints app. LEAVING SCHOOL EARLY •
In the Junior School if a student needs to leave school during the day, parents should inform the school via Absences on the All Saints app. The student should then present at the Junior School
Administration for collection. If they return to school (for example, following an appointment), then the student should once again present at Junior School Administration before returning to class. Parents/guardians are required to collect students from, and return students to, Junior School Administration if they are leaving early or arriving late. •
In the Middle School if a student needs to leave school during the day, parents/guardians should inform the school via Absences on the All Saints app. The student should then present at Middle School Administration before leaving. If they subsequently return to school (for example, after an appointment), then the student should once again present at Middle School Administration to sign back in.
•
In the Senior School if the student needs to leave school during the day, parents should inform the school via Absences on the All Saints app. The student should then present at Senior School Administration office to sign out before they leave school grounds. If they subsequently return to school (for example, following an appointment), then the student should once again present at Senior School Administration to sign back in.
SIGNING OUT FROM SICK BAY Should students become unwell during school they must present to Sick Bay. After assessment, the nursing staff will contact the parents to collect the child from school if required. Students who are feeling unwell should not call their parents to collect them from school during school hours. A parent and/or designated proxy must present at Sick Bay to sign the unwell child out, without exception. Students are not permitted to meet their parents within school grounds (i.e. the car park) for collection. We ask all parents to please keep their children home if they are unwell. EXTENDED LEAVE OF ABSENCE If a student will be absent for more than 10 consecutive school days, an application for leave must be submitted to the relevant Head of School for approval. Our extended leave policy permits students to take leave for up to one semester (half a year), with full fees required to secure the student’s enrolment for their return. Should an Application for Exemption from Compulsory Schooling be required, the relevant form can be sought from the Admissions department via email at admissions@asas.qld.edu.au.
Tuckshop The Heart + Soul Café is open from 7.30am for breakfast as well as for morning tea and lunch. It is open again after school from 3.15pm to 3.45pm. Middle and Senior School students are able to purchase directly from the tuckshop should they choose to do so, while children in Years 1 to 6 must order via Flexischools and they will have their orders delivered to their class area. Orders must be placed by 8.30am on the day. The school tuckshop accepts cash and EFTPOS payments. Students may also pay using their student ID card. Junior School students are only permitted to visit the tuckshop if accompanied by a parent. FLEXISCHOOLS Flexischools is a service provider that allows families to make purchases at the school tuckshop. Technology
Personal Devices
ONE-TO-ONE PROGRAM Students entering Year 4, Year 7 and Year 10 are supplied with a new school-owned, pen-equipped, tablet computer to be used at school and, in the Middle and Senior School, at home. Students retain the same device for three years whilst enrolled at the School. In the Junior School, the devices are kept in the classroom. In the Middle and Senior School, students must bring their school-issued device to all lessons. All policies and procedures relating to this device can be found on the school website. A code of behaviour governs computer use, and students are required to accept the terms of this prior to being given access rights.
MOBILE PHONES (INCLUDING PHONES, IPADS, TABLETS AND SMART DEVICES) In order to reduce the risk of inappropriate and antisocial use, mobile phones are not permitted in the school community unless specifically approved or directed by a teacher for classroom use. Students are not permitted to use their personal or schoolowned device during break times for recreational purposes (e.g. watching videos, listening to music, playing games).
INTERNET AND PRINTING All learning areas of the School have access to the wireless network. The School has a system in place to monitor student use of internet access and printing. It is necessary to control and try to limit the use of these facilities to a reasonable level. Students should be aware that all their internet searching can be tracked. Filters are in place to prevent student access to sites with no academic value. All students are provided with 10GB of internet usage per school day and receive a $15 printing allowance at the start of the school year, which is generally sufficient for most students’ needs. Students in certain subjects may need to top up their printing account periodically. This can be done by bringing cash to the Yvonne Bain Middle and Senior Library. Printers are available throughout the School, including in the library and Heart + Soul Café. They support scanning, copying and printing in both black and white and color, with options for A4 or A3 paper. The library also offers facilities for students to recharge their devices before and during breaks. HEADPHONES (INCLUDING EARPLUGS AND EARBUDS) Headphones (including earplugs and earbuds) are to be removed as soon as students enter the school grounds. No one is to walk around the campus with headphones, earplugs or earbuds in place. •
•
In the Middle School, headphones may be used outside classrooms before 8.00am and after 3.30pm in conjunction with other devices. They may be used in class at the teacher’s discretion. In the Senior School, headphones may be used in the library, the Pastoral Care Centre, study lessons, and also in specific classes or lessons where the teacher has permitted their use.
Inappropriate use will result in the headphones being confiscated.
Phones and smart watches are not to be carried around during the school day. They are to be switched off and stored appropriately as per the relevant sub-school instructions below: •
In the Junior School, mobile phones and smart watches must be handed in to Junior School Administration during the school day.
•
In the Middle School, mobile phones and smart watches are collected by the core teacher during roll call and returned at the end of the school day.
•
In the Senior School, phone and smart watches must be switched off and can be kept in student lockers. During morning tea and lunchtime, Senior School students may quickly check messages and make brief important calls while at their lockers.
Any device being used may be checked for appropriate content by supervising staff. Devices must not be used for photography of other students or access to noneducational sites, unless specifically directed by a teacher. Inappropriate use will result in devices being confiscated. If parents wish to contact a student during the school day for any reason, they may contact their child’s sub-school administration office. Likewise, students have access to phones at the sub-school offices before, during and after school should they need to contact their parents. The School does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged mobile phones or other personal electronic equipment brought to school.
Online Safety All Saints is committed to providing safe online environments for students. Students are expected to use school technology, online platforms, social media and digital communication responsibly and in accordance with school policies. Students should promptly tell a trusted adult if they experience or become aware of cyberbullying, inappropriate contact, harmful content, image-based abuse or other online behaviour that makes them or another student feel unsafe. Parents are encouraged to speak with the school if they have concerns about their child’s online safety.
Library
Health and Medical Information
JUNIOR SCHOOL LIBRARY All classes have weekly sessions in the library. At the end of the session, students are encouraged to borrow at least one book. The library is open from 8.00am to 3.00pm each day for borrowing.
It is imperative that we know of allergies or ailments that may require emergency medical attention. Please inform your class teachers and tutors of any such conditions and ensure that relevant contact details and medical history are kept current via the Medical Information section on Parent Lounge. All students who take regular medication must leave their medication at Sick Bay.
Birthday Books: Parents may choose to buy a Birthday Book through the Junior School Library as a donation to the School. These books are presented to the School by the birthday boys and girls at the weekly assemblies in Junior School. Further information is available on FIDO. MIDDLE AND SENIOR SCHOOL LIBRARY Yvonne Bain Library and Resource Centre opening hours: Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 6.00pm, Friday 7.45am to 5.00pm. The Yvonne Bain Middle and Senior School Library provides an extensive selection of digital and print resources for students to access. It also offers a variety of study spaces to cater for individuals, small groups and whole class visits. Each of these has appropriate technology and resources to enhance student learning such as writable desks, white boards, wall-mounted touch screens and the ability for students to connect their own devices to larger screens. The Room with a View is a beautiful space for quiet reading. After school, this is a quiet zone. There is also an outdoor area for students. The library has a media hub with three large TVs broadcasting the latest news and sports throughout the day.
The Sick Bay and school nurses are located in K block. They can be contacted via the office on 07 5587 0320, mobile on 0434 071 158 or email at nurse@asas.qld.edu.au. The nurses will attend to students who have health complaints at school. If required, they will contact parents to collect the student from school. Please ensure your contact details and child’s medical conditions are always kept up to date.
Make sure you save the school nurse number in your contacts so you recognise the number when they call - 0434 071 158
Students are welcome to come to the library before school, during break and after school to read, work on assignments, do their homework or undertake research. Students are encouraged to borrow from the library as often as they wish and there are almost no limits to the amount of resources they can borrow. Occasionally books with a direct curriculum focus may be placed on a borrowing freeze but this is usually only for a short period of the term. If the students have overdue materials, a temporary restriction may be placed on their account. However, they are most often still allowed to borrow and are reminded to return the outstanding loans. Parents are encouraged to assist their children in the selection of reading materials and may like to borrow resources for their own reading or interest. The library offers access to a wide selection of audio and ebooks through the digital platform Overdrive, available anytime and anywhere. Students can find links to this resource on the School’s learning management system, FIDO.

Sport and Swimming All students from Years 4 to 12 participate in two seasons of inter-school sport. The competition is played between the eight member schools of the Association of Private Schools (APS). Fixtures are played during school time every Thursday for Junior School, and every Friday for Middle and Senior School. Training takes place once a week after school on designated days throughout the season. It is a requirement that all students attend these training sessions. JUNIOR SCHOOL Years 4 to 6 train each Tuesday after school until 4.00pm (Terms 2 and 4 only). MIDDLE SCHOOL Years 7 to 9 train each Monday after school until 4.45pm. SENIOR SCHOOL Years 10 to 12 train each Wednesday after school until 4.45pm. Regardless of the weather conditions, after school sport training will always go ahead. In the case of inclement weather, students will either train indoors or be supervised in classrooms to complete homework or assignment work.
Swimming Swimming is part of our physical education program in Terms 1 and 4, beginning in Term 4 of Prep. Details of swimming times and dates will be notified closer to the commencement of the activity. The All Saints Swim Club also offers swim training before and after school. This caters for students from novice to national level, as well as for fitness. Club nights are held most Friday nights during Term 1 and Term 4. Please advise your child’s teacher/tutor if your child is not confident in the water or has any associated problem (e.g. an ear complaint). As swimming is a vital and compulsory skill programmed within our PE syllabus, maximum benefit can only be gained if continuity of instruction is maintained. Therefore, any reason for an absence from these sessions will need to be given in writing. UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS The swimming uniform consists of a cap, goggles, school swimmers and towel. The Junior School also requires children to wear a school rashie during lessons. All items are available for purchase from the All Saints Shop. Sunscreen is available at school, however we recommend students apply sunscreen before school every morning.
APS Interschool Sport SEASON 1 SPORTS Rugby Union, Volleyball, Football, Tennis, Hockey, Netball SEASON 2 SPORTS Basketball, Touch Football, Water Polo (Senior), Cricket, AFL, Tennis, Softball, Pickleball SWIMMING, CROSS COUNTRY AND ATHLETICS Years 3 to 12 participate in three major inter-house competitions - Swimming (Term 1), Cross Country (Term 1) and Athletics (Term 2).
A full list of extra-curricular activities and clubs will be available on FIDO at the start of each term.
Students from Years 4 to 12 are then selected to represent the School at the APS inter-school competitions and train as a team prior to these events. High performing students will then have the opportunity to qualify for regional and state championships. Prep to Year 2 students also enjoy fun sporting events throughout the year, mirrored on the swimming, cross country and athletics carnivals.

Our Anglican Ethos
As an Anglican school, our Christian faith and values are at the heart of who we are. Guided by our values of Truth, Faith and Compassion, we seek to nurture not only the academic, social and emotional development of every student, but also their spiritual growth. We believe education should encourage young people to explore life’s big questions, develop their own sense of purpose and consider how they can make a positive difference in the world. Our Anglican ethos provides a foundation for these conversations, while respecting the diverse beliefs and backgrounds of our school community.
If it matters to them, it matters to us
29
Student Wellness and Support
Christian Living Christian Living is a compulsory part of the curriculum from Pre Prep to Year 11, taught by our Chaplaincy team and specialist teachers. Through discussion, reflection and exploration of Christian teachings, students are encouraged to think critically about faith, values, relationships and the world around them.
Chapel and Worship Our beautiful Celtic-inspired Chapel sits at the heart of the campus and is an important gathering place for our community. Students attend weekly Chapel services, while families are invited to participate in special services and celebrations throughout the year.
Chaplaincy and Service Our dedicated Chaplaincy team supports the spiritual life of the School, offering guidance, encouragement and pastoral support to students, staff and families. Service to others is also an important expression of our Christian values. Through Saints Outreach Service and other community initiatives, students are encouraged to put compassion into action and contribute positively to the lives of others. We also maintain a close relationship with Holy Trinity Anglican Church Robina, providing opportunities for our community to connect through worship, fellowship and service.
At All Saints, we believe every student should feel known, valued and supported. Positive relationships are at the heart of our approach to wellbeing, and we work closely with families to ensure students have the care, encouragement and guidance they need to thrive. From everyday challenges to times when additional support is needed, our teachers and specialist staff work together to support each child’s academic, social and emotional development.
Pastoral Care Every teacher plays a role in supporting student wellbeing. By building strong relationships and getting to know each child as an individual, our staff are well placed to recognise when a student may need extra encouragement, guidance or support. Our pastoral care approach is tailored to each sub-school, with dedicated staff overseeing student wellbeing and working closely with teachers, students and families.
Psychological and Counselling Support Our team of school psychologists provides professional support for students experiencing social, emotional, behavioural or school-related challenges. Working collaboratively with families, teachers and other support staff, our psychologists help students navigate challenges and develop strategies that support their wellbeing and personal growth.
Learning Diversity We recognise that every child learns differently. Our teachers and learning support specialists work together to provide appropriate extension and assistance, helping students build confidence and achieve their potential. Support may include adjustments within the classroom, targeted small-group learning or individualised strategies, depending on each student’s needs.
Who to Contact Your child’s class teacher or tutor is generally the best first point of contact for any questions or concerns about their learning or wellbeing. Additional support is available through the following teams: JUNIOR SCHOOL Class teachers are supported by the Assistant Head of Junior School – Wellbeing and the Assistant Head of Junior School – Learning. MIDDLE SCHOOL Core teachers and Year Level Coordinators work alongside the Assistant Head of Middle School – Wellbeing. SENIOR SCHOOL Tutors and Heads of House are the primary pastoral care contacts, supported by the Assistant Head of Senior School – Wellbeing. If you’re unsure who to contact, your child’s sub-school administration office can point you in the right direction.

Lifelong Connections Parents & Friends Association
All Saints Alumni
The All Saints Parents & Friends Association is an integral part of the All Saints community. The philosophy of the P&F is that ‘funds are raised only after friends are raised; without the building of a community spirit and the establishment of friendships, little else can be achieved’. As a result, many functions are not only about raising funds, but also about providing an opportunity for people to meet and a sense of community to be enjoyed. Friendship and fundraising events give parents an opportunity to be involved in their children’s education, gain a greater awareness of the wider aims of the School and enhance their family’s experience at All Saints.
Formerly named the All Saints Past Students Association, All Saints Alumni was convened at the end of 1993 when our first Year 12 class graduated.
P&F committee members are available as points of contact to the wider parent body and class coordinators are appointed for each year level to assist parents to get to know one another in their child’s class. Under the P&F umbrella are several other subcommittees that contribute greatly to the Association and the School. These are:
Through membership of All Saints Alumni, past students can give back to the School, as well as foster and encourage continuing friendship and communication between both former classmates and the School.
•
Friends of Performing Arts
•
Rugby Supporters Group
•
Netball Supporters Group
•
Friends of Sustainability
More information on any of the P&F groups can be obtained by emailing pandf@asas.qld.edu.au. ALL SAINTS GOLD COAST (SWIM CLUB) All Saints Swim Club is separately incorporated and operates from the All Saints pool facilities. All Saints Swim Club is affiliated with Swimming Queensland, giving all members the opportunity to participate at official zone and state carnivals throughout the seasons.
The association has three main objectives: •
The promotion of all that relates to the welfare of the School
•
The promotion of unity and friendship amongst former students
•
The maintenance of interest of the former students
All students become life members of All Saints Alumni upon graduation, with a non-refundable membership fee of $220 paid at enrolment. The committee organises activities including reunions as well as supporting the School’s biennial Fair. All Saints Alumni has made several substantial gifts to the School including the stained glass window in the Senior Art Centre, the refurbishment of the HPE Gym, equipping the Performance Room in the Holloway Music Centre, the stained glass window in the School Chapel and a significant donation to the establishment of the Wonder Space. Alumni Connect is the dedicated online platform for alumni to stay connected with All Saints and one another. Through the platform, they can reconnect with former classmates, discover upcoming reunions and events, share their achievements and explore opportunities to get involved in school life through mentoring, networking and community initiatives. Visit alumni.asas.qld.edu.au to discover how the All Saints connection continues long after graduation.
