ndeterred by heavy rains, 50 fans filled the Village Hall’s veranda Sunday, Nov. 1, to applaud Village Administrator Teri Barown on her retirement. Mayor Ellen Tillapaugh Kuch hailed Barown’s leadership qualities and called her “professional” and “skillful.” The Village Board presented her with a framed lithography of a historical 1890 map.
