ooperstown Central School has scrapped one reopening plan for a second that includes more inschool time for students. “We are hearing from parents that they want a more robust connection between the Crankshaw school and students,” Superintendent of Schools Bill Crankshaw said in a Tuesday, Aug. 4, interview.
