T
he Cooperstown Winter Carnival may not have had as many contests to
win, but it sure was fun. “We tried to make things for kids more fun and less competitive,” said Marcy Birch, a member of this year’s Winter Carnival Committee. Cooperstown’s annual Winter Carnival, the 51st, drew a strong
