Destination Oneonta hosts a downtown trick-or-treat event on Saturday, October 30, from noon until 2:30 p.m. on Main Street. Oneonta’s Halloween parade lines up on Elm Street beginning at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, with the parade kicking off at 4 p.m. The Oneonta VFW hosts an adult Halloween costume party with dinner included on Saturday, October 30, with music by the one-and-only Off The Record. Call the club after 3 p.m. for reservations. The National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown hosts a Halloween Celebration outside the museum for trickor-treating from 3:30 until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 31.
