hen the news of the attacks on the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001 reached artist Judy SteinerGrin, she took to art as her outlet.

“I was teaching that day,” said the Otego native and retired Cooperstown Elementary teacher. “Another teacher came in, stood in front of me and said ‘Don’t show anything is wrong, but the country is under attack.
