state trooper, two civilians and a child were hospitalized after a Richmondville woman reportedly smashed into the back of a stopped State Police SUV on Monday, Aug. 10. cleared to reopen this fall didn’t change Oneonta Superintendent Thomas Brindley’s mind. “We knew Cuomo would make some sort of decision, but because it’s been left to the dis-

changed for us,” he said. “And for the most part, families have been really supportive.” Last week, Brindley announced the Oneonta School District would continue remote learning through Oct. 9.
