ith a record 168 police calls and alcohol-related transports at this year’s A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie concert April 21, the future of OH-Fest in Oneonta may be in jeopardy.

“This is my 13th year working at OH-Fest,” said Oneonta Fire Chief Patrick Pidgeon. “I’ve been in charge of the last eight, and worked at all of the others.
