he City of Oneonta seeks community imput on the updated Comprehensive Plan during an open house 3 - 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 18, at CANO’s Wilber Mansion, 11 Ford Ave. The format will allow community members to visit a number of “interactive stations,” and use pens, markers and Post-It notes to comment, share ideas and mark up maps.
