Walton Senior Dies Suddenly During School WALTON

A

senior at Walton High School died suddenly on Tuesday, Jan. 9, after she suffered a medical emergency in the hallways, according to a letter sent home to parents. “This morning, one of our 12th grade students had a medical emergency in the hallway and later died,” wrote Superintendent Roger B. Clough II. “Our sincere condolences and thoughts go out to her family and friends.” The student has not been named, and no additional details are available at this time. AUTOPSY RESULTS: A

final autopsy report, released by Oneonta Police, showed that “multiple drug toxicity,” including Xanax and marijuana, caused the Dec. 2 death of SUNY Oneonta freshman Daniel W. Michaels, 18. BLOOD FOR DONUTS:
