ust in time for the mad rush of the holidays, Jim Belleau’s new book has a solution to the stress. “The Oneness is trying to reach us,” he said. “It’s letting us know that inner peace is extremely available.” The “Oneness” – the word is interchangeable with “heaven,” Belleau explains – is the subject of his new book, “Quantum Reggae: Messages from Bob.” It contains essays and song lyrics, all which came to
