As the daylight hours begin to wane and the summer high temperatures begin to break, the feeling of the coming fall is upon us. For those of us in the cattle industry, fall is a time to bring in and market the crop. Whether it be commercial calves, herd bulls, or donor prospects, fall is when all the hard work over the previous years come together. Fall also provides a great opportunity to reinvest in your operation. Acquiring new herd bulls or seeking out that program changing donor that’s fresh off the production line, becomes a reality starting in the fall.
With this spirit in mind, Nextgen Cattle Co. has created one of the most elite and anticipated events of the season with their annual Flint Hills Fall Classic.
