This is a list of documents you had to have in place for registration and other records which you may be asked to keep after you are registered.

Systems – The Digital Portal

• The Care Inspectorate has a duty to maintain a register of care services in Scotland.

• The register is kept on the Digital Portal. You should create an account so that you can download your Certificate of Registration.

• You will use this system to tell us about any changes which might affect your registration, like varying your conditions of registration, changes to your household and stopping childminding.
