M. Arch recipient, awarded the AIA Henry Adams Medal for academic excellence, from Thomas Jefferson University. I enjoy adding interactive experiences to my spaces that inspire people of all ages to play with their environments. I also utilize color theory and sensory elements within my designs to help encourage certain emotions or physical reactions to the spaces we inhabit. My thesis investigates the relationships between the autism community and the built environment. I’m excited to use this knowledge in order to promote inclusive designs within the field of architecture. I look forward to becoming a designer of the built environment who focuses on applying adaptability and sustainability into my designs, while placing an emphasis on human play and discovery. I’m interested in working within various fields including set design and product design. Eventually, I would like to become a city planner and develop environments that help communities thrive.
