In 1933, Bernard Olson's modest one-stall garage with a $125.00 investment laid the foundation WARRANTY for what is now Bernard's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Over the years, the business evolved with community support, leading to the establishment of Bernard's Super Service in downtown New Richmond. As business flourished, the need for more space arose, prompting a move to the north side of town in 1974, renamed Bernard's Northtown. The commitment to customer service, treating clients as family, became a tradition upheld by Bernard's son, Dave Olson. Today, BJ Olson, Dave's son, manages the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM dealership, continuing the family legacy. Family involvement extends to Zach and Parker, BJ's sons, contributing to Sales and Finance and managing Used Cars, respectively. The family network expands with BJ's brother Steve, owning other dealerships in partnership. The vehicle will be towed backLIMITED to WARRANTY thePOWERTRAIN selling dealership if within 50 miles. • Flat Tire Change - Service provided to remove the flat tire and replace it with your spare tire. • Battery Service - A “jump start” will be applied in attempt to start the covered vehicle. • Lock-out Assistance - If your keys are accidentally locked in the covered vehicle we will provide assistance to gain entry. • Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery - If an emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid, or water is required we will arrange for delivery. You will be responsible for actual cost of fluid when they are delivered.

Our knowledgeable automobile technicians are ASE certified. We know when to perform the right services at the right time, keeping your warranty valid. You will be required to authorize disassembly of the Vehicle if disassembly is necessary to diagnose the cause and cost of the reported mechanical breakdown. You will be responsible for any disassembly charges if the associated repairs are not covered repairs. If requested, provide us or the authorized repair facility with copies of the vehicle’s maintenance records.
