LIMITED POWERTRAIN WARRANTY

MAINTAIN YOUR VEHICLE WITH ARCADIA

Our knowledgeable automobile technicians are ASE certified.

We know when to perform the right services at the right time, keeping your warranty valid.

You will be required to authorize disassembly of the vehicle if disassembly is necessary to diagnose the cause and cost of the reported mechanical breakdown. You will be responsible for any disassembly charges if the associated repairs are not covered repairs. If requested, provide us or the authorized repair facility with copies of the vehicle’s maintenance records.

All repairs must be authorized by the administrator prior to beginning any repairs covered by this Warranty.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

The Arcadia program comes with 24-hours a day and 7 Days a Week Round-The-Clock Roadside Assistance.

• Towing - When required as a result of a mechanical failure. The vehicle will be towed back to the selling dealership if within 50 miles.

• Flat Tire Change - Service provided to remove the flat tire and replace it with your spare tire.

• Battery Ser vice - A “jump start” will be applied in attempt to start the covered vehicle.

• Lock-out Assistance - If your keys are accidentally locked in the covered vehicle we will provide assistance to gain entry.

• Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery - If an emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid, or water required we will arrange for delivery. You will be responsible for actual cost of fluid when they are delivered.

REPORTING A MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN

1. Take immediate action to prevent further damage to the vehicle.

YOUR RESPONSIBILIT Y

You have the responsibility to properly maintain the vehicle as recommended by the manufacturer so you can:

• Reasonably protect the vehicle from further damage when one or more parts fail

• Maintain records of routine vehicle maintenance performed by you or others

• Follow the procedures for reporting a claim for benefits as described in this warranty, and;

• Cooperate fully with our reasonable requests to examine vehicle maintenance records, inspect the vehicle, or establish ownership of the vehicle in the event you report a claim for benefits.

Maintenance records generally include a detailed log of maintenance you perform and receipts for purchases of services provided by others and parts and supplies used by you or others in performing maintenance services. You must obtain preauthorization for any repairs made to the vehicle by a repair facility other than ours.
