Sayward Johnson!

Sayward is a Georgia native and has lived the last 12 years as a resident in Watkinsville Ga. She and her husband are both Real Estate professionals, helping clients from the Oconee Lake Country to the home of the Ga Bulldogs and beyond!

With over 20 years of experience working for the Ritz Carlton Hotel company, Sayward knows luxury and how to help her clients achieve their dreams. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are a first in her book, always putting her relationships with clients ahead of all else. She knows that a home is so much more than four walls, it’s where life is lived and memories are made. From start to close, Sayward will lead you through the process of buying or selling your home with knowledge and ease.

As a proud wife and mother of two, she occupies her free time teaching Ballet at her daughter’s dance studio and watching her son play baseball. She is an active volunteer at her children’s schools, always ready to step in when needed. When not in the office, Sayward enjoys spending time with her family and sweet cockapoo, Ollie. Whether camping, hiking, or just sitting by a fire at the edge of the lake, she is always up for whatever life may bring.

RECIPE: 2 1/2 cups Cranberry juice 2 cups Ginger ale 2 1/2 cups Orange juice 1/2 cup Maraschino cherry, juice 1 Lemon (about 1/4 cup), juice of large 2 cups Vodka (optional) This drink is the perfect balance of flavors! This easy holiday spritzer makes a party-perfect punch that can easily be made kid-friendly.
