Engineering

Milling of the existing pavement on Virginia Avenue will begin next week, followed by new asphalt pavement, weather-permitting. Local traffic will be accommodated, however should expect delays due to construction. Thru traffic should utilize alternate routes, as possible.

Construction of a concrete swale on Oakview Drive will also begin next week. The location of this swale will be in front of 126 Oakview and will require closure on either side of the swale for approximately one week while work is ongoing and for the concrete to cure adequately.

Businesses and residents at addresses between 126 Oakview and North Street will need to access their residences via North Street.

Addresses from 128 Oakview to the east will need to access their residences via either Northway Drive or Meadowview Drive.

We appreciate everyone's patience as we make these improvements.
