PLASTIC REPAIR SYSTEM Complete system for professional repair of bumpers and plastic parts Applications: • Cars: bumper, masks, spoiler, interior trim, doors, lights media • vehicles: bumper, masks, air intakes, wheel covers • Motorcycles: All the covers Features: Two-component polyurethane adhesive Advantages: • the adhesive is providing high adhesion to both rigid and flexible plastics • perfectly painted over • maintains its properties under various climatic conditions • Curing time: 6 hours at 20 ° C or 15 min. 60 ° C with an infrared lamp or Cardridges • Two years stock life (18-23°C)

Polyurethane adhesive “four choices” Advantages: Polyurethane adhesive normal (3,5 or 5 min.)

DESCRIPTIONS • VIRTUS PRS is a structural adhesive designed and developed for the highest standard. VIRTUS PRS 2K Poliurethanes are used by the most of the OEM all trough the world. Know of its strength and constant quality.

• VIRTUS PRS pioneered the field of structural adhesion and now have over 30 years of field experience.

• In 1983 VIRTUS PRS were instrumental in changing the way an Automobile could be built. Mechanical fasteners were eliminated. As the body panels were structurally bonded to the steel frame.

• VIRTUS PRS have became the world leader in structural bonding for transportation and over the years have bonded an impressive list of automobile, trucks, watercraft and other vehicles.

• In 1993 VIRTUS PRS were launched in side-by-side cartridges for the aftermarket repair industry. The industry quickly accepted the repair material as the product of choise, as repairs could now be made with OEM specificastion approved materials.

• VIRTUS PRS are reactive bonding products which are environmentally, containing no VOC’s.

• VIRTUS PRS bond most thermo set and many thermoplastic plastics. Selected metals are quite bondable, but for long term durability and integrity of the bond, a primer is recommended (or for metal bonding see VIRTUS PRS especially developed for metal bonding).

• VIRTUS PRS are selected for the unique balance of performance properties provided only from the Urethane polymer. Among the desirable features are high tensile strength, high impact resistance, temperature resistance up to 100°C, excellent fatigue resistance and elongation properties allowing for the bonding of dissimilar materials. Dissimilar materials have differing thermal expansion and contraction properties which are managed by PRS.accepted the repair material as the product of choise, as repairs could now be made with OEM specificastion approved materials.
