PAINTING SYSTEM! 472PLUS CUT&POLISH Abrasive Fast Cut Polishing gel Hologram Free USE Polishing gel for definitive removal of defects such as P1200-2000 sanding marks or swirls of rubbing compound, leaving a high final gloss without holograms. Even if You clean the surface with IPA haze, scratches and holograms don’t reappear.

CLEAR ACTION Product designed and developed for a fast and clean use without addition of water. It allows you to see immediately the removal of the defect. Reduced working time. No need to apply waxes or sealants.

DEFINITIVE REMOVAL OF THE DEFECT The product doesn’t hide imperfections, scratches and holograms with cosmetic oils, but it removes them permanently.

USAGE On all automotive paints, included: acrylics, water-based, high solid LOW VOC, two-component, single-component and OEM auto products. Suitable for ceramic anti-scratch paints and new waterbased clear coats. Perfect to use like last step on Polycarbonate.

FOR BEST RESULTS WITH ROTARY POLISHER Step 1. Use 472PLUS CUT&POLISH with lamb’s wool pad Allchem’s FOAMED WOOL PAD or PURPLE CUTTING FOAM PAD at medium speed 1200-1800 rpm approx.., for a better cutting action. (Remove P1200-2000).

Step 2. Use 472PLUS CUT&POLISH with Allchem’s White variable contact foam pad at medium speed 1200-1800 rpm approx., for a high final gloss without holograms, swirls and hazes.

For a very high finish gloss on black cars apply a 3rd step with 472 HOLOGRAM FREE with Black soft foam pad if necessary.

FOR BEST RESULTS WITH DA ORBITAL POLISHER Step 1. Use 472PLUS CUT&POLISH with BORDEAUX Extra Cutting DA THIN PAD or GREY Cutting DA THIN PAD at medium/high speed, for a better cutting action. (Remove P1200-2000).

Step 2. Use 472PLUS CUT&POLISH with YELLOW Polishing DA THIN PAD, for a high final gloss without holograms, swirls and hazes.

NOTE 1 Do not use excessive quantity of product.

NOTE 2 Do not add water while using the product.

NOTE 3 1. Apply a small quantity of 472PLUS CUT&POLISH on the surface to be treated. Polish small areas at a time.

2. Polish the surface applying medium pressure until the scratches and imperfections have been removed.

3. Reduce pressure allowing the polishing action to take place.

4. After polishing remove any residue with our ULTRAMICROFIBRE CLOTH MICROF® 5. For a good protection follow with 453 with PTFE or 463 PAINT SEALANT which contain long lasting protection raw material.

463 is resistant up to 150 hand washes.
