hroughout the year PedEx shares ideas, strategies and resources from colleagues inside and outside of our College and Learning Community. In this edition we ask our students from across KS3, KS4 and KS5 what they think!

‘Being given and having enough time to process ideas impacts my learning in the most positive way. This, for me, needs to be consolidated at home with exam practice.’ ‘ My most memorable lessons have been in Geography where concepts were compared to real life situations which made us laugh but also stick in my head.’
‘I enjoy learning from anything visual and doing something practical helps me to learn and remember it. Any teacher who makes learning fun, helps pupils to remember those lessons. A good sense of humour helps!’

‘For me, exam practice is the most effective tool for Homework because it gives you an opportunity to consolidate information that you have learnt and practice how to use this in an exam. When it is marked you can see how to make improvements and how to up your game before the Assessment’
