The Conference Centre is open weekdays all year round but please feel free to speak to us about evening and weekend bookings too.

Our Facilities

Conference Room 1 & 2 (Partition Removed) 85 Delegates Theatre Style 65 Delegates Cabaret 30 Delegates Horseshoe Conference Room 1 either stand alone or when combined with Conference Room 2 has a projector, speakers and laptop. Your conference or meeting can also have use of the Cyber Café break out area.

Conference Room 1 45 Delegates Theatre Style 20 Delegates Cabaret 20 Delegates Horseshoe Conference Room 2 20 Delegates Theatre Style 10 Delegates Cabaret Conference Room 2 can be provided with IT facilities upon request at the time of booking.

Hire Charges Conference Room 1 & 2 Full Day — £200.00 Half Day — £125.00 Conference Room 1 Full Day — £150.00 Half Day — £90.00 Conference Room 2 Full Day — £90.00 Half Day — £55.00

All rooms are available with flip charts and pens, water and mints

The Boardroom The Boardroom will seat 12 delegates for a smaller meeting, interviews or private business lunches.

A projector, speakers and laptop are also available.

The Cyber Café break out area can be included in the room hire depending on availability.

Hire Charges The Boardroom Full Day — £120.00 Half Day — £75.00

Conference Room 3 20 Delegates Theatre Style 15 Delegates Cabaret 12 Delegates Boardroom Style – Circular Table It has a laptop, speakers and HD TV for presentations.
