Parents As Partners Mobile Phones Parents and students are reminded that all students mobile phones must be switched off between 8:40am and 3:30pm and not be used for any reason during the day. Failure to comply with this rule may result in items being confiscated which will have to be collected from College by a parent. If a student is ill and uses the ‘medical room’, then the office staff must contact home, not the student on their mobile phone. Thank you for your on-going support with this matter. Important Notice for Parents After School Clubs and Events This notice is to clarify pick up arrangements for parents and students, regarding after school clubs and activities.
Most after school clubs and events finish between 4.30pm and 5.00pm. Parents are advised and requested to confirm the finishing time with their child ahead of the activity. Parents who are collecting their children, have a responsibility to collect them promptly at the end of an after school event in which case, they will be collected directly from the activity on the bus turning circle.
