COLLEGE PRAYER
SPECIALISM SUCCESS Thirty students from Years 8 and 9, who participated in the Spanish trip to Andalucía, were a credit to the College. Students spent 5 days immersed in Spanish language and culture, including attending Mass in Spanish. They stayed with families and really improved their language skills as well as deepening their understanding of Spanish culture. Students reported being so accustomed speaking Spanish that it would be strange to speak English again. PARENTS AS PARTNERS: Parents, we ask for your support with ensuring students understand about respecting the personal space of others. At College we have a 'no touch rule'. We emphasise to students that over enthusiastic or overly boisterous 'play' can sadly spiral too quickly into more dangerous or more provocative behaviour which needs to be sanctioned. We ask your support in making sure that students understand the purpose of this and the reasons it is in place.
Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and light up in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created. And You shall renew the face of the earth. O, God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolations, through Christ Our Lord. Amen. Prayer for Europe and for those recently Confirmed PRINCIPAL’S SURGERIES
