College Prayer

The alternatives are the roads adjacent to the College eg Cambridge Road where parents are requested to respect the feelings of the local residents and also to Prayer for Racial Justice Sunday (CARJ) Heavenly Father, we praise you and thank you for your not to park too close to the junction. Grant that they may hear the voices crying out for justice, that they lead and inspire others by their good example and that they act to bring about change. Student Success We pray for racial justice in our lives, in our parishes, in our dioceses and in our land. We ask this through our Congratulations to Ben Wardle Year 12 and Emily Lord Jesus Christ. Rafferty Year 13 who represented the College at this Amen. Year’s Northwest Catenian Public Speaking Prayer focus: Justice Competition. Emily spoke on 'Is it easier to make war than to make Specialism Success peace?' and received excellent feedback from the 3 judges. Mr Deay and Mrs Marshall are looking forward to Ben's speech 'A little neglect may breed mischief' won taking 5 Year 10 students and 3 Year 8 students to him first prize of £100 and a place at the national Germany next week to visit our partner school, Schiller competition. Gymnasium, in Cologne. Students will spend a week living with a German family, going to classes at the Gymnasium and socialising with their exchange PTA Trips partners. All in German, of course! Parents As Partners

Parents are requested to remind students that they should be prepared to show their bus passes whenever  they board school transport and on the request of the driver. Students must have a valid pass in order to  travel. Parents are also reminded... The small number of  parents who are still collecting children from the turning circle at the end of the day are once again  politely requested not to do this. There is the potential for gridlock and a very small but nevertheless real risk to students if cars are moving around on the turning circle.

Monday 20th Feb 8am from College turning Circle - see Mrs Heaton Tubing at Stoke Ski Centre Saturday 4th March £15 and includes food and transport from College. Places limited. Splash Landings at Alton Towers Saturday 22nd April £15 includes transport from College. You must be able to swim. Chester Zoo Saturday 13th May £15 includes transport from College. Blackpool Pleasure Beach Saturday 17th June £20 includes transport from College.
