Myth Skipping meals will make me lose weight quicker.

Carbohydrates are a primary source of energy, especially during high-intensity exercise, providing quick bursts of power. Acne affects most people during some point of their life. Early intervention of all acne, regardless of its severity, can reduce scarring.

Acne scarring has two main stages + Hypertonic and keloid scarring - where tissue formation increases. + Atrophic scarring - where there is a loss of tissue.

Males have a higher chance of developing persistent acne scars due to their hormones and sebaceous gland structure.

Male sebaceous glands are cauliflower shaped and depth dependent, leaving more room for acne to develop.
