How do we deal with the Covid-19? First of all, we hope and pray that your family, friends and yourself are well. In emergency billing, we are all doing well at this time. Temperature readings are taken before each shift before an employee is allowed to enter the building, as well as each time they re-enter the building. Outside guests and/or visitors are not allowed in our building and/or offices. Shipments are sprayed with disinfectant and quarantined for 24 hours. To ensure this remains the case, we have divided our 44 employees into 2 shifts. Shift 1 works 12-hour shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Shift 2 will work 12-hour shifts on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This will involve each shift starting on a different day the following week, so everyone will have every other Saturday off. We have also prepared computers for about half of our workforce to work from home in a very safe state if it comes to that.
