FLASHLIGHT Alumni REUNIONS

What a whirlwind of time we had this year! 3 countries, 3 great locations with over 70 alumni attending KLASSics reunions this year.

We kicked off our reunion party at The Greens in Sydney on 13 th April 2019, where we had alumni ranging from the 2000s to the 1950s. Special shout out to Andrew Jacobs (KLASS 1974 - 1979) for turning up in a t-shirt with his KLASS photo on it! We were also lucky to have Cameron and Rosemary FairfieldSmith, the grandson and great granddaughter of Alice FairfieldSmith, who joined us that evening.

The following month on 11 th May saw us gathering together again. This time we had a catch up with alumni from UK and Europe at the famed British Film Institute on Southbank, London. It was also a great opportunity for alumni from earlier KLASS years and the more recent graduates of KLASS to get to know each other and find commonalities from being from the same alma mater.

Lastly, we circled the globe back home! Our Nostalgic Walk tour saw two groups coming back to the Primary and Secondary schools on the late afternoon of 28 th June. We’ve had a great time reminiscing about previous KLASS years, with alumni over at Primary Campus joining our current students for some football and at Secondary Campus putting on their aprons again at the Design Technology workshop!

The reunion series ended with a social night at SOULed Out, Sri Hartamas, where we had more alumni getting together for a casual evening of drinks and food. We’ve had such an exciting time and we cannot wait to meet you again next year. Where will we go? Stay connected to find out!
