DUPLEX VILLA Housing project

in this project we were asked to design a 3floors duplex villa. The challenge was to accumlate a fimily consists of 6 members without compremizing the luxury aspects by the central courtyard and small courtyard to create a calm atmosphere.

The Project is in no way similar to other complexes, in the way that it is self-sufficient. Usually with urban complexes t h ey l ac k a f fo rd a b i l i ty , t h ey l ac k s u s t a i n a b i l i ty , a n d m o s t importantly the are disconnected from the rest of the city. W h a t t h i s p ro j e c t i s i m p o r t a nt ly fo c u s i n g o n i s self-sufficiency, in the way that someone who works here doesn’t have to regularly leave so often, unlike other c o m p l exe s w h i c h d o n o t u s u a l ly o f fe r s h o p s t h a t y o u n e e d i n d a i ly o r we e k ly b a s i s . Th e fo c u s fo r t h i s p ro j e c t i s o n livability at first, as large portion of the project is re s i d e nt i a l . Th e p ro j e c t s h o u l d a l s o fo c u s o n s u s t a i n a b i l i ty which is almost as important as livability.

The project aim was to desighn an amphitheater and landscaping within kfupm campus. The inspiration of the concepet was taken from the roman amphitheater and comined it with an elements from local and traditional architecture, this reflected in the lanscape an the central area .

SEA C R E AT U R ES Mu s e u m

A museum designed to exhibit the sea creatures that existed and extinct in gulf sea, the project was in the year of 2 0 2 0 fo r s t u d i o 3 0 7 . Th e m a i n c o n c e p e t d r i ve d f ro m t h e fish movment and shape and rflected on the mass of the building and the large shadinig device, also the intreior design was inspired by the sea experince and colors.

International circut The project objective is to design a Formula series racing circuit/track based on FIA standers and rules. The project is targeting a worldwide audience since t h e s p o r t h a s a l a rg e fa n b a s e a ro u n d t h e g l o b e .

The concept was to reflect the regional architecture by selecting elements from traditional and contemporary Architecture (Salmani style) and mixed with the natural environment of the Riyadh region (using the duns) to create a w i l l e m p h a s i ze d fac i l i t i e s t h a t re f l e c t t h e n a t u re o f R i y ad h .


This Area is situated inside a racing circiut consisting of venues and spectiting areas fields ring road in the circiut thatis closed to cars from the o u t s i d e . N ex t t o i t i s a p a r k i n g l o t fo r users of the circiut and this grandstand P a r k i n g s O n e s p ac e p e r fo u r . 1 6 m i n u t e s after evacuation all visitors will leave

Th e fac i l i t i e s c a n h o s t u p t o 4 5 0 0 visitors. Section diagram shows ticketing area and visitor accessibility to the seating and the building systems. Plans show the accessibility from the parking to the seating areas, also considering handicap. The level of the ground floor of the grandstand gives an advantage in c ro wd c o nt ro l . Th e PA D D O C K (garage) also has been designed similar to the grandstand.
