In November 1907, the Promised Messiah received the following revelation: ‫د رك رب‬ ‫ی‬ ‫آنِ ی‬ ‫ادت۔د وتےہ ےہ و یا و۔‬ “Felicitation on the coming of the ‘Id [Festival]. It is ‘Id [Festival], celebrate it or not.” (Tadhkirah [English], p. 1011) Commenting on this during his Eid-ulFitr sermon, delivered on 13 March 1929, Hazrat Musleh-e-Maudra said: “The revelation of the prophets comprises vast meanings.
